국문 초록

With the comprehensive advancement of the educational plan that emphasizes the five aspects of moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic, and labor education, the integrated development of role model spirit and ideological and political education has become an important approach to talent cultivation in colleges and universities. Aesthetic education, as one of the key elements in the field of modern ideological and political education, is also a focal issue that teachers need to pay attention to. Teachers should introduce the role model spirit into the aesthetic literacy education system for college students, and by shaping role model goals, strengthening teacher guidance, guiding individual aesthetic tastes, and improving aesthetic standards, construct an integrated education system of “role model spirit + aesthetic literacy”. This approach aims to fully implement the fundamental educational task of cultivating well-rounded individuals with moral integrity.

영문 초록

随着德智体美劳五育并举教育计划的全面推进，榜样精神与思政教育的融合发展成为高校人才培养的重要途径。美育教育作为现代思政教育范畴中的关键要素之一，同样是教师需要关注的焦点问题。教师应将榜样精神引入大学生美育素养教育体系之中，通过塑造榜样目标、强化教师引导、引导个性审美、完善审美标准等应用路径与策略手段，构建“榜样精神+美育素养”综合育人体系，以此全面落实立德树人根本教育任务。
