In the context of evolving economic dynamics and technological advancements, the significance of innovation and entrepreneurial acumen for higher vocational finance and accounting students has grown increasingly prominent. Concurrently, there has been a gradual decline in demand for traditional roles while the need for well-rounded talents with an innovative mindset, practical experience, and adaptability to rapid changes has surged. This paper examines the current status and challenges of innovation and entrepreneurship education for finance and accounting students in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of new quality productivity encompassing curriculum design, teaching methodologies, faculty capabilities, as well as industry-academic collaboration. It explores strategies such as systematic curriculum development, diverse pedagogical approaches, faculty capacity enhancement, and deeper institutional-industry partnerships. The study underscores the importance of innovation and entrepreneurship education for finance and accounting students in higher vocational colleges while discussing its application value and societal significance in curriculum structuring, faculty training, and industry-academic cooperation. Furthermore, it presents future research directions including assessing the implementation impact of innovative education methods; comparing different teaching approaches; leveraging the potential of industry-academic collaboration; exploring integration between information technology and innovative education; as well as providing more practical opportunities for students. These recommendations aim to guide higher vocational colleges towards actively exploring diverse avenues to foster innovation and entrepreneurial abilities through a lens of new quality productivity.

在当前经济形势不断变化和技术进步的背景下,创新创业能力对于高职财会专业学生的重要性日益凸显,传统岗位需求逐渐减少,而对具备创新精神、实践经验以及适应快速变化环境能力的综合素质人才的需求在不断增加。本文通过分析新质生产力视域下高职财会专业学生创新创业教育在课程体系、教学模式、师资力量、校企合作等方面的现状和问题,探索提出了系统化课程体系设计、多样化教学方法和手段、加强师资力量和教学资源建设、深化学校与企业合作等路径。在本研究中,强调了创新创业教育对高职财会专业学生的重要性,并探讨了其在课程设置、教师培训以及校企合作等方面的应用价值和社会意义。同时,提出了未来研究的方向和建议,包括关注创新教育的实施效果,比较评估不同的教学方法,充分发挥校企合作的作用,探索信息技术与创新教育的融合,为学生提供更多实践机会。这些建议将有助于引导高职院校在新质生产力视域下积极探索更多创新创业能力培养的路径。
