This study takes the “Five Education Integration” practice of Hezhou University as an example to explore the education guarantee mechanism, education platform construction, and education model practice of the characteristic education system of universities. It also explores the “Six Dimensional Integration” education practice model of local universities under the background of “Five Education Integration”. Hezhou University adheres to “Five Education Integration” and creates a “six dimensional integration” education guarantee mechanism: establishing an education management organization, improving the system guarantee system, optimizing the construction of the curriculum system, strengthening the level of teacher guarantee, and stimulating the enthusiasm of students. Through the practical model of integrating six dimensions into one, Hezhou University has achieved gratifying results. The development of students in morality, intelligence, physical fitness, beauty, and labor has been recognized by various sectors of local society. By deepening the “Five Education Integration” and promoting the implementation and effectiveness of the “Six Dimensional Integration” education model, the following practical achievements have been achieved: outstanding achievements in moral education, rich honors in various competitions, significant achievements in education practice, resonance in school local cooperation, and widespread promotion of education achievements.

本研究以贺州学院“五育融合”实践为例,探讨高校特色育人体系的育人保障机制、育人平台建设、育人模式实践,探讨“五育融合”背景下视域下地方高校“五维一体”融合育人实践模式。贺州学院坚持“五育融合”,打造“五维一体”育人保障机制:成立育人管理机构、完善制度保障体系、优化课程体系建设、强化师资保障水平和激发学生的积极性。通过“五维一体”融合的实践模式,贺州学院取得可喜成果,培养在校大学生德、智、体、美、劳等方面的发展,得到地方社会各界的认可。通过深化“五育融合”,推动“五维一体”育人模式实践落地见效,取得以下实践成果:立德树人成效突出、各类竞赛荣誉丰富、育人实践成果显著、校地合作同频共振和育人成果广泛宣传。
