영문 초록

The purpose of this article is that to prove genre convention influences toactivate. It is analyzed by texts which have characteristics of films noir genre. This study grounds on genre feature that a creator and an audience share genreas a code. How do genre films - or films which use genre convention - readand change genre? When the films keep on genre convention or goes off atit, the audience's enjoyment is influenced. This supposition can be possiblewhen genre has interactivity. For proving it, this article analyzes film noir centrally. Film noir has generalobscurity because of the huge width of variation even though film noir hasestablished independent genre term. This article examines film noir's genrefeatures that has changed since classic films noir period with timely importance. In addition, it searches which genre convention is maintained in recent filmnoir movies after 1990s with texts analysis. The texts are that represents image of film noir butchange characters and narrative, that keeps on style ofHong Kong noir but also has factors of classic film noir about characteristic,and that the unique Korean style films noir whichcombines classic film noir and Hong Kong film noir. As analyzing the films,the film noir genre convention is expressed on films and the effect to activateis founded.
