국문 초록

통합교육에 대한 관심의 증대와 더불어 각 연구들이 나름대로 깊은 사고와 통찰력을 바탕으로 개념과 의미를 다양하게 탐색하고, 국외의 연구 동향과 정보를 국내에 소개하는 과정에서 합의점을 모색하려는 시도를 하고 있지만 한편으로는 혼란이 더해지고 통합교육의 다의성을 부채질하는 형국이 되고 있다.혼란과 다양성이 심화되는 상황에서 본 연구는 최근 논쟁의 초점이 될 수 있는 몇 가지 쟁점을 선정하여 탐색하고 현장 실천의 시사점을 찾고자 한다. 이러한 목적에 따라 통합교육의 배경과 근거, 통합교육의 용어의 선택, 통합교육의 개념의 다의성, 통합교육 모형의 정형화의 가능성, 통합교육의 논쟁과 선택, 통합교육의 과제 등에 관하여 고찰하였다.통합교육은 우리가 실현할 목적과 가치인 동시에 과정과 수단 및 방법임을 인식하고 공동체 사회 실현을 위해 사회 전체가 총체적으로 노력해야 할 과제이다. 특히 오늘과 같은 분열과 갈등이 심화되고 있는 상황에서 사회 정치적 차원에서 사회 대통합의 이념과 가치를 제시함으로서 사회와 교육계가 더불어 살아가는 사회를 지향하도록 유도하는 것도 중요하다.

영문 초록

Though each study variously examines the concept and meaning of a inclusive education on the basis of depth thinking and insight, and the attempt to find an agreement point in the process of the introduction of overseas and domestic study trends and information including the increase in inclusive education is conducted, on the other hand, more confusion is fomented and the ambiguity of inclusive education is being accelerated. In this situation where confusion and variety are being intensified, this study is aimed at examining and finding practical suggestions by reviewing several issues which can be the focus of recent disputes. According to this purpose, the background and basis, term choice, conceptual ambiguity, model standardization possibility, disputes and choice, and future tasks of inclusive education were examined. It should be recognized that inclusive education is the process, means and method as well as purpose and value we have to realize, and inclusive education is a subject for which the whole society has to devote itself to realize the community society. Especially, in today's situation where disunion and disagreement are being intensified, it is important to try to make society as the place where society and education world coexist by suggesting the ideology and value of social unification on social and political level.
