국문 초록

본 연구는 시각장애학교 기술·가정교과에 대한 교사인식, 기술·가정교과의 운영실태 및 개선점 알아보기 위해 전국 13개 시각장애학교 기술·가정교사를 대상으로 했다. 연구 결과를 토대로 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기술·가정교과에 대한 교사인식에서 교과학습의 목적은 생활기술 습득이며, 교과의 중요성은 독립생활 준비와 삶의 질 향상이 중요하다고 인식했다. 교과 통합은 시각장애학생들의 학습 부담감을 줄였고, 교사들의 교과지도에 대한 만족감과 자신감은 높았다. 둘째, 기술·가정교과의 운영 실태는 교과의 운영은 전공교사가 한 학급 교과 전담하며, 교과서 구성과 내용은 만족하지 못하며, 이유는 장애특성을 고려하지 않은 교재의 구성이었다. 교수학습방법은 강의 문답식을 사용하고 실기수업방법은 개별 및 조별지도로 하며 참고자료는 교사용 지도서를 이용했다. 또한 수업지도 시 애로점은 적절한 교재의 부족이며, 교사들의 수업만족감은 높았다. 교과서 외에 사용하는 수업매체와 제작하여 사용하는 수업매체는 실물 및 표본이며, 필요한 수업자료로는 실물모형이다. 실습수업의 운영은 한 달에 한 번 이상으로 하고 있으며, 실습수업이 필요하다고 인식하고 있고 학습평가의 반영 비율은 낮았다. 셋째, 기술·가정교과의 교사인식 및 운영 실태에 대한 개선점으로 효율적인 교과교육을 위해서 다양한 학습 자료와 특성에 맞는 교과지도법 개발이 필요하다. 또한 비전공교과 지도의 문제해결은 연수기회의 확대이며, 실습수업 실시의 어려움은 장애를 고려한 기자재부족이며, 요구되는 해결과제는 충분한 실습교구와 실습시간을 지적했다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to enlighten the teacher's perception for the manual training·home economics and the actual state of management of the manual training·home economics intended for the 13 visually handicapped schools all over the country. The results are as follows. First, the objects of text learning the acquirements of living technique and, the preparation for independent livings and living qualities are regarded as of importance. The integration of curricula reduced the burdens of the visually handicapped's learning but magnified teacher's self satisfaction and self-confidence. Second, in the actual state of manual training, home economics, a majoring teacher is totally in charge of a class, but is not satisfied with the formation and the content of the text owing to not considering the traits of handicaps. The methods of teaching and learning are by way of lecturing and, questioning and answering. The method of practical training are carried out according to groups and the teacher's guidances are used as references. The difficulty lies in the lack of text books, but the teacher's satisfaction is high. Among learning materials, there are text books, learning materials including actual objects and samples, and among required learning materials, there are actual models. The management of practical class is carried out once or more a month and is recognized as necessary but the reflection rate of learning evaluation is low. Third, as for the needed improvement factors regarding teacher's perception and the actual management state of the subjects' manual training·home economics, there are needs for various learning materials and the developments of effective learning guidances suitable for effective education. And it is pointed out that the problem of solving non-major curricula is regarded as the enlargement of opportunities and the difficulties of class establishment are due to the lack of equipment considering handicaps and required solving problems are sufficient performance equipment and hours.
