장애아동을 위한 물리치료와 음악치료의 협업 경험에서의 의미 탐구

국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 장애 아동을 위한 협업치료에서 물리치료사, 음악치료사의 경험을 고찰하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 6명의 물리치료사들과 2명의 음악치료사를 대상으로 포커스 그룹 인터뷰 방법(FGI)을 적용하였다. 모든 인터뷰 내용은 녹음되고 전사되었으며, 자료는 Braun과 Clark(2006)이 주제분석 방법을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과: ‘협업을 시작하게 된 계기’. ‘협업 시 어려움’, ‘협업의 긍정적 효과’, ‘효과적인 협업을 위한 노력’, ‘치료사의 성장과 변화’ 등 5개의 핵심테마와 22개의 하위테마가 도출되었다. 결론: 본 연구는 협엽 경험이 가지는 의미를 규명함으로써, 물리치료와 음악치료간의 협업의 발전을 위한 방향성과 전략에 대한 기초자료를 제공하는데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the experience of collaboration between physical and music therapists for children with disabilities. Method: The focus group interview(FGI) method was conducted with six physical therapists and two music therapists. All contents of the interview were recorded and transcribed, and the data were analyzed using qualitative content analysis suggested by Braun and Clark(2006). Results: five main themes including ‘motivation to begin collaboration,’ ‘positive effects of collaboration,’ ‘difficulties of collaboration,’ ‘effort for effective collaboration,’ and ‘therapist’s professional development and change’ emerged along with 22 sub themes. Conclusion: This study identified the meaning of the collaboration experience, thereby providing preliminary results on directions and strategies for the development of collaboration between physical therapy and music therapy.
