영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate Korean language teacher’s concerns about Blended Learning. The conceptual framework of this study was CBAM (Concern-Based Adoption Model) (Hall & Hord 2006). For data collection, SoC(stages of concerns) questionnaires and questioning the perception of teachers were used. The result of the statistical analysis and SoC profile is as follows. First, Korean language teacher’s perception and experience about Blended Learning depend on the location-whether being home-based or abroad. Second, for the perspective of SoC, although Korean language teachers are nonusers, they have shown positivity and interest about blended learning and its information. Third, Korean language teacher’s SoC depended on being in one’s native country or abroad. Fourth, SoC depend on the Korean language teacher’s nationality but do not differ according to the teacher’s major and the years of teaching experience. Finally, SoC about Blended Learning depend on the teacher’s perception and experience. Therefore, we need to further discuss about specific ways Korean language teachers can interact online, make use of online lectures and online content for blended learning.
