성인장애인의 학력보완교육 참여 동기와 삶의 만족도 간의 관계

국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 현재 학력보완교육에 참여하고 있는 성인장애인을 대상으로 참여 동기와 삶의 만족도 간의 관계를 살펴보고, 성인장애인의 학력보완교육 참여를 활성화시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 연구방법: 장애인평생교육시설에서 학력보완교육을 받는 성인장애인 59명을 편의표집하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 학력보완교육을 받는 성인장애인의 참여 동기와 삶의 만족도 수준은 다소 높은 수준으로 나타났다. 참여 동기의 하인요인 중 학습지향형이 가장 높은 수준을 보였고, 활동지향형, 목표지향형 순으로 나타났다. 그리고 삶의 만족도 하위요인 중 정서적 영역이 가장 높은 수준을 보였고, 신체적 영역, 사회적 영역, 지적영역 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학력보완교육을 받는 성인장애인의 참여 동기, 삶의 만족도는 정적 상관관계를 나타내었고, 하위요인별로는 참여 동기의 학습지향형과 삶의 만족도의 정서적 영역이 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 본 연구 결과 가장 활발하게 작동되는 참여 동기의 영역과 각각의 동기유형에 따라 학력보완교육 참여를 활성화시킬 수 있는 방안을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between motivation for participation and life satisfaction for adults with disabilities who are currently participating in supplementary education, and to find a way to activate participation of adults with disabilities in supplementary education program. Method: A questionnaire survey was conducted with 59 adults with disabilities undergoing a supplementary education program in lifelong education facilities for people with disabilities. Results: First, the motivation for participation and the life satisfaction level of adults with disabilities receiving the supplementary education program were somewhat high. Among the factors of participation motivation, the learning orientation type showed the highest level, followed by the activity orientation type and the goal orientation type. and lower life satisfaction coming from factors, physical, emotional domain was the highest level of social and intellectual domains appearing in chronological order. Second, the motivation for participation and the life satisfaction of adults with disabilities receiving education showed a positive correlation, and as sub-factors, the learning orientation type of motivation for participation and the emotional domain of life satisfaction were found to have a positive correlation. Conclusion: As a result of this study, we discussed the domain of motivation for participation that is most actively operated and ways to activate participation according to each motivation type.
