발달장애청소년 자립역량 지원에 대한 전문가의 인식

국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 발달장애청소년 자립역량 지원에 대한 전문가의 인식을 살펴봄으로써 자립역량 증진을 위한 프로그램 및 정책 개발에 기초자료를 제공하려는 목적이 있다. 연구방법: ○○시 소재 특수교사, 통합학급 담임 일반교사, 치료 전문가 18인을 대상으로 발달장애청소년 자립역량의 핵심요소가 무엇인지, 그리고 자립역량 지원을 위한 가정-학교-지역사회 차원의 역할은 무엇인지에 대해 서면 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 수집된 인터뷰 응답 내용은 언어 네트워크 분석법을 활용하여 명사 빈도 분석과 네트워크 그래프 시각화, LDA 토픽 모델링으로 분석하였다. 연구결과: 발달장애청소년 자립역량의 핵심요소는 기초적인 자기관리 기술, 기능적 수학 지식, 대인관계 및 의사소통 관련 기술이었다. 가정 차원의 역할은 선택과 자기결정 지원, 정서관리와 다양한 태도 함양이었고, 학교 차원의 역할은 진로·직업교육의 실시, 개별화 교육 실시 및 기초학습지도였다. 지역사회 차원의 역할은 상당히 다양하게 나타났는데, 복지 서비스나 제도 마련 및 재정적 확대, 장애인식개선을 통한 편견 완화가 언급되었다. 결론: 본 연구에서 밝혀진 발달장애청소년의 자립역량 증진을 위한 핵심요소를 확인하고 요구에 맞게 지원할 수 있어야 하며, 가정-학교-지역사회에서 적극적이고 협력적인 지원이 이루어져야 한다는 점이 밝혀졌다. 이를 위해 차원별 역할 규명이 강조되며, 유기적인 협력이 강화되어야 함도 강조되었다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to provide preliminary data for the development of programs and policies to improve self-reliance by examining experts' perceptions on supporting self-reliance for youth with developmental disabilities. Method: A written interview was conducted with 18 special teachers, general teachers, and therapists in ○○ City on what constitutes the key elements of self-reliance. and what the roles of home-school-community levels are for supporting self-reliance. The collected interview responses were analyzed by noun frequency analysis, network graph visualization, and Latent Dirichlet Allocation(LDA) topic modeling using the method of semantic network analysis. Results: The core elements of self-reliance of adolescents with developmental disabilities were basic self-management skills, functional math knowledge, interpersonal relationships, and communication-related skills. The role at the family level was selection and self-determination support, emotional management, and various attitudes, and the role at the school level was the implementation of career and vocational education, individualized education, and basic learning guidance. The role at the community level appeared to be quite diverse, and bias mitigation was mentioned through the preparation of welfare services or systems, financial expansion, and improvement of disability awareness. Conclusion: It is necessary to identify key factors for improving the self-reliance of adolescents with developmental disabilities identified from this study and support the adolescents based on their needs. Also, active and cooperative support should be provided in the home-school-community realms To this end, the identification of roles by dimension was emphasized, and organic cooperation should be strengthened.
