미래지향적 특수교사 역량 척도 개발 기초 연구

국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구에서는 미래지향적 특수교육에서 교사가 갖추어야 할 역량을 탐색함으로써 변화하는 교육환경에 적절한 특수교육 실행을 위한 교사 역량 신장을 위한 기초자료를 마련하는데 주된 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 특수교육 전문가 및 특수교사 20명을 대상으로 2차에 걸친 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 26.0 프로그램을 활용하여 기술통계 분석을 실시하였으며, 내용타당도, 합의도, 수렴도, 변동계수를 산출하였다. 연구결과: 미래지향적 특수교사의 역량으로 최종 5개 하위영역, 23개 하위요소, 139개의 문항이 추출되었다. 구체적으로 살펴보면, 1영역은 교육 및 교육환경 이해 역량(3개 하위요소), 2영역은 특수교육 전문성 역량(6개 하위요소), 3영역은 학생지도 역량(4개 하위요소), 4영역은 교직 적응 역량(6개 하위요소), 5영역은 미래교육역량(4개 하위요소)으로 도출되었다. 결론: 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 변화하는 미래사회에 특수교사에게 필요한 역량을 확인함으로써 향후 특수교사의 역량 향상을 도모할 수 있는 방안에 대하여 논의하였다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The main purpose of this study was to prepare preliminary data for teacher competency enhancement for special education execution to the changing educational environment by exploring the competency that teachers should have in future-oriented special education. Method: In order to achieve the purpose of this study, a two-round of Delphi survey was conducted targeting 20 special education experts and special education teachers. The collected data were analyzed for descriptive statistics using the SPSS 26.0 program, and content validity, agreement, convergence, and a coefficient of variation were calculated. Results: The final five domains, 23 elements, and 139 items were extracted as the competency of future-oriented special education teachers. In detail, domain 1 was competency in understanding education and educational environment (3 elements), domain 2 was special education professional competency (6 elements), domain 3 was student guidance competency (4 elements), domain 4 was competency to adapt to the teaching profession (6 elements), and domain 5 was derived as future education competency (4 elements). Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, ways to improve the competency of special education teachers in the future by confirming the competencies required for special education teachers in the changing future society were discussed.
