유아교사의 교수효능감 관련 국내 연구 동향 분석

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 유아교사의 교수효능감 관련 국내 연구 동향을 살펴봄으로써 추후 유아교사에 대한 이해 및 유아교사교육을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 방법 이를 위하여 1998년부터 2021년까지 등재지에 게재된 유아교사의 교수효능감 관련 논문 274편을 분석 대상으로 선정하고, 유아교사의 교수효능감 관련 연구의 연구 시기별, 연구 유형별, 교수효능감 종류별, 측정 도구별, 연구 주제별 동향을 분석하였다. 결과 유아교사의 교수효능감 관련 연구동향을 살펴보면, 연구 시기별로는 2005년 이후 계속 증가하는 추세이다. 연구 유형별로는 양적 연구가 가장 많았으며, 혼합연구, 질적 연구, 문헌 연구 순이었다. 교수효능감 종류별로는 전반적 교수효능감이 특정교수효능감 연구보다 많았다. 측정 도구별로는 외국 척도 번안⋅재구성이 국내 연구자 개발 도구보다 많았으며, Riggs와 Enochs(1990)의 과학교수효능감 척도가 가장 많이 사용되었다. 연구 주제별로는 교수효능감 관련 변인 연구가 가장 많았다. 결론 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 향후 유아교사의 교수효능감 분야 연구의 방향성과 유아교사의 교수효능감 증진을 위한 시사점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purposes of this study is to provide basic data for the systematic development of the field of teacher efficacy in the future by examining domestic research trends related to teacher efficacy in early childhood teachers. Methods For this purpose, 274 papers related to teaching efficacy of early childhood teachers published in the registered journals from 1998 to 2021 were selected for analysis, and research on teaching efficacy of early childhood teachers was selected by research period, research type, teaching efficacy type, and measurement tool., trends were analyzed by research topic. Results By study period, the trend has continued to increase since 2005. By research type, quantitative studies were the most common, followed by mixed studies, qualitative studies, and literature studies. By type of teacher efficacy, overall teacher efficacy was higher than specific teaching efficacy study. By measurement tool, foreign scale adaptations and reconstructions were more numerous than those developed by domestic researchers, and Riggs and Enochs (1990)'s science teaching efficacy scale was used the most. By research topic, the largest number of studies on variables related to teacher efficacy were found. Conclusions Based on these results, implications for the development of research in the field of teacher efficacy for early childhood teachers and improvement of teacher efficacy for early childhood teachers were presented.
