음악가의 작품과 삶에 기초한 유아 음악극 프로그램 개발

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 유아 음악극 개발 과정과 이 프로그램이 갖는 의미 분석을 주된 내용으로 설정하였다. 이를 위해 음악적 능력, 공감 능력, 유아 음악극 관련 선행 연구를 검토하고, 이론적 논의들을 살펴보았다. 유아 음악극 교수학습단계는 음악극 계획하기, 통합 활동하기, 공연 및 평가하기이다. 활동 유형으로는 이야기 듣기 및 등장인물 분석하기, 대본 및 노랫말 만들기, 노래 부르기 및 악기 연주하기, 역할 정하기 및 동작 만들기, 소품 만들기 및 역할 해보기로 구성되었다. 프로그램 개발 과정에는 유아교육 전문가와 현장 교사가 참여하였다. 사전에 유치원 교사들을 대상으로 유아 음악극에 대한 요구조사를 실시하였으며, 전문가들이 참여하는 전문가협의 과정을 거쳤다. 이러한 과정을 통해서 고전음악을 활용한 3개의 음악극을 구성하였다. 바흐, 베토벤, 라벨의 음악과 삶의 이야기를 통해서 유아들이 흥미롭게 참여하여 음악적 능력과 공감 능력을 향상시킬 수 있도록 최종 프로그램을 구안하였다. 이 프로그램의 특징은 유아교육에서 통합적 접근의 중요성을 강조하고 있다는 점을 들 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the process of developing the musical play program for children and the meaning of this program. For this reason, musical ability, empathetic ability and advanced researches related to musical play for children were examined as well as theoretical discussions. The processes of teaching and learning musical play program are comprised of planning a musical play, participating in united activities, performing and evaluating. The categories of activities consist of listening to stories, analyzing the characters, writing a script and lyrics, singing and playing the instruments, deciding the roles, making the moves, creating props and acting out the roles. In the process of developing the program, childhood music education experts and field teachers have participated. A survey asked the field teachers at kindergarten about the demand of musical play program for children in advance, and the educational experts went through consultation process. Through these processes, three musical plays using classical music were composed. The final program was planned for children to participate in the program with interest through the life stories of Bach, Beethoven and Ravel, and improve their musical and empathetic ability. The remarkable characteristic of this program is that it emphasizes the importance of the integrated approach in childhood education.
