영문 초록

  The purpose of this study was to examine the affects of hair care on psychological Health, by comparing the difference of general self-esteem, self-efficacy and mental health between involves and non-involves after the hair care program.
  This program was administered to 80 middle-aged females in the kangreung city. Statistics employed for data analysis were t-test and ANOVA.
  The results of this study are as follows:
  1. The difference of general subjects of hair care group and control group by living with their spouse(p<0.05), education(p<0.05), degree of life(p<0.05) was not founded.
  2. There is no significant general self-esteem between hair care group and control group.(p<0.05)
  3. Hair care group during four months show positive change of self-efficacy than control group.(p<0.05)
  4. Hair care group improved interpersonal sensitivity, and anxiety sub-symptom dimension than control group.(p<0.05)
  This study was conducted for middle-aged women limited in their location in middle city. That is to say, the sample of this study doesn"t represent the whole middle-aged females in Korea, because it"s low proportion of middle-aged females from various districts other than big cities.
