빅데이터를 활용한 워케이션 트렌드 분석

국문 초록

이 연구는 워케이션에 대한 개인의 인식과 전반적인 트렌드를 분석하고자 네이버, 다음, 구글 등 SNS 포털의 웹 데이터를 수집하여 텍스트 마이닝 분석을 수행했다. 본격적인 분석에 앞서 뉴스 빅데이터 포털인 빅카인즈에서‘워케이션’이라는 단어의 연도별 검색량의 증가 추세를 확인하였으며, 이를 토대로 데이터 분석 기간을 2023년 6월 1일 ~ 2024년 5월 31일로 설정했다. 중복 게시글 삭제 및 의미 없는 단어 제거 등 전처리 단계를 거친 후 총 37,377건의 최종 데이터를 대상으로 단어 빈도, TF-IDF, 연결중심성 분석, 군집분석(CONCOR), 감성분석을 순차적으로 실시하였다. 단어 분석 결과, 워케이션 연관어로 국내 워케이션의 주요 목적지와 워케이션의 본질적인 특성, 선호유형 관련 단어들이 상위권에 대거 노출되었다. 중심성 분석 결과에서는 일, 관광, 부산, 여행, 제주, 센터, 기업 등의 단어들이 전체 네트워크 안에서 중요한 역할을 하고 있음을 확인했다. CONCOR 분석 결과 일과 휴가를 병행하는 워케이션의 핵심 속성과 민관협업을 통한 휴양형·도심형·지역소멸 대응형 등 워케이션 활성화 전략과 관련되어 총 4개의 군집이 도출되었다. 마지막으로 감성분석에서는 긍정 단어가 압도적으로 많았다. 이 연구는 코로나19 이후 관광의 한 분야로 급성장한 워케이션에 대한 의미 있는 정보를 찾아내고 팬데믹 종식 이후에도 계속해서 지역 활력을 견인할 수 있도록 효과적인 인사이트를 제공하고 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study used text mining analysis to analyze individual perceptions of workation and overall trends. Web data from SNS portals such as Naver, Daum, and Google were collected and analyzed using Textome. Prior to full-scale analysis, we confirmed the increase in search volume for the word 'workation' by year on Big Kinds, a news big data portal, and based on this, the data analysis period was set from June 1, 2023 to May 31, 2024. did. After going through a preprocessing process to remove duplicate posts and meaningless words, word frequency, TF-IDF, semantic network analysis, cluster analysis (CONCOR), and sentiment analysis were sequentially performed based on a total of 37,377 analyzed data. As a result of word analysis, words related to work related to the main destinations of domestic workation, essential characteristics of workation, and preference types were exposed at the top. Centrality analysis results confirmed that words such as work, tourism, Busan, travel, Jeju, center, and company play a major role in the entire network. As a result of the CONCOR analysis, a total of four clusters were derived in relation to the core attributes of workspaces that combine work and vacation and strategies to revitalize workspaces, such as recreation type, urban type, and response to regional extinction through public-private collaboration. Lastly, in the sentiment analysis, positive words were overwhelmingly high. This study is significant in that it uncovered effective insights and provided meaningful information so that tourism, which has grown rapidly as a field of tourism after COVID-19, can continue to drive regional vitality even after the end of the pandemic.
