대학생의 부, 모애착이 진로태도성숙에 미치는 영향: 기본심리욕구와 그릿(Grit)의 매개효과

국문 초록

본연구의목적은대학생의 부, 모애착이 진로태도성숙에 영향을 미치는 데 있어 기본심리욕구와 그릿(Grit)의 매개효과와 순차적 이중매개효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 전국의 4년제 대학생 342명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 상관분석, 구조방정식 모형 검증과 매개효과를 검증하였고 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부, 모애착과 기본심리욕구, 그릿(Grit), 진로태도성숙은 정적상관을 나타냈다. 둘째, 부, 모애착과 진로태도성숙의 관계에서 기본심리욕구의 매개효과는 유의하였다. 부, 모애착과 진로태도성숙의 관계에서 그릿(Grit)의 경우 부애착에서는 유의하였으나 모애착에서는 유의하지 않아 차이를 보였다. 셋째, 부, 모애착과 진로태도성숙의 관계에서 기본심리욕구와 그릿(Grit)은 유의한 순차적 이중매개효과를 나타냈다. 본 연구의 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 연구의 의의와 제한점, 제언을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effects and sequential double mediation effects of basic psychological needs and grit on the relationship between father and mother attachment and career attitude maturity in university students. A survey was conducted with 342 students from four-year universities across the country. Correlation analysis, structural equation modeling, and mediation analysis were performed. The results were as follows. First, father and mother attachment, basic psychological needs, grit, and career attitude maturity showed positive correlations. Second, basic psychological needs had a significant mediating effect on the relationship between father and mother attachment and career attitude maturity. Grit showed a mediating effect in the relationship between father attachment and career attitude maturity, but not in the case of mother attachment, indicating a difference. Third, basic psychological needs and grit demonstrated a significant sequential double mediation effect in the relationship between father and mother attachment and career attitude maturity. Based on these results, the study discussed its implications, limitations, and suggestions for future research.
