교사-유아관계 효능감이 보육교사의 소진에 미치는 영향: 표면 및 내면 정서노동의 매개효과를 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 보육교사의 교사-유아관계 효능감이 표면 및 내면 정서노동을 매개로 보육교사의소진에 미치는 영향을 조사하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 대구, 경북 지역의 어린이집에 근무하는 보육교사 335명을 대상으로 보육교사의 교사-유아관계 효능감, 표면 및 내면 정서노동, 소진에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 데이터는 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 22.0을 사용하여 구조방정식 모형을 분석하였으며 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사-유아관계 효능감은 보육교사의 소진에 부적 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 교사-유아관계 효능감은 표면행동에 부적 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 교사-유아관계 효능감은 내면행동에 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 보육교사의 표면행동은 소진에 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 다섯째, 보육교사의내면행동은 소진에 부적 영향을 미쳤다. 여섯째, 보육교사의 교사-유아관계 효능감은 표면 및 내면행동을 매개로 소진에 직⋅간접 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 결과는 보육교사의 소진 예방을 위한 방안 마련 시보육교사의 교사-유아관계 효능감 증진을 우선으로 고려할 필요가 있음을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of teacher-child relationship efficacy of childcare teachers on the burnout of childcare teachers through surface acting and deep acting emotional labor. To this end, a survey was conducted on 335 childcare center teachers working at daycare centers in Daegu and Gyeongbuk areas on teacher- child relationship, surface acting and deep acting emotional labor, and burnout of childcare center teachers. The collected data were analyzed using a structural equation model using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 22.0. The results are as follows. First, teacher-child relationship efficacy had a negative influence on the burnout of childcare center teachers. Second, teacher-child relationship efficacy had a negative influence on surface acting. Third, teacher-child relationship efficacy had a positive influence on deep acting. Fourth, childcare teachers' surface acting had a positive influence on burnout. Fifth, childcare teachers' deep acting had a negative influence on burnout. Sixth, the efficacy of the teacher-child relationship of childcare teachers directly and indirectly affected burnout through surface acting and deep acting emotional labor. These results suggest that when devising measures to prevent the burnout of childcare center teachers, it is necessary to give priority to enhancing the efficacy of the teacher-child relationship of childcare center teachers.
