발달장애 아동을 위한 조부모 교육 프로그램이 조부모의 삶의 만족도와 자기효능감에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

연구목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 작업치료 관점에서 발달장애 아동을 위한 조부모교육 프로그램을 조부모에게 적용하고, 이 프로그램이 조부모의 삶의 만족도와 양육 효능감에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 통해 조부모의 양육 참여에 대한 이해를 높이고, 고령자의 삶의 질 향상과 세대 간 건강한 상호작용을 도모하고자 한다. 연구방법 : 연구는 2025년 1월부터 2025년 3월까지 경기도 A 발달센터에서 진행하였으며, 의사의 발달장애 진단을 받고, 발달바우처 서비스를 제공받는 아동을 양육하는 60세 이상 조부모 20명을 대상으로 하였다. 중재는 1일 40분씩 주 2회 총 6회 세션을 수행하는 프로그램으로 20명의 조부모가 비대면 줌(Zoom)을 통해 중재 프로그램을 실시하였다. 중재 프로그램 전후에 조부모 삶의 만족도 설문지(Life SatisfactionIndex B), 양육 효능감 척도 (Grandparent Parental Knowledge Questionnaire-조부모용)를 사용하였다. 연구결과 : 중재 프로그램 전 후 조부모의 삶의 만족도 변화는 29.70±4.62에서 65.75±5.40으로 증가, 양육 효능감의 변화는 18.75±4.24에서 33.75±4.05으로 증가하여, 중재 후 모든 영역에서 통계적으로 유의미한 향상을 보였다(p<.05). 결론 : 발달장애 아동을 양육하는 조부모를 위한 조부모 교육 프로그램 시, 조부모의 삶의 만족도와 양육 효능감에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 발달장애 아동을 양육하는 조부모에게 실질적인 맞춤형 교육 프로그램을 사용과, 가족 중심 작업치료 모델 구축에 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 또한 초고령화 및 저출산 시대에 고령자의 새로운 역할을 기대한다.

영문 초록

Objective : The purpose o f this study i s to apply g randparents' education p rog ram for children with developmental disabilities to grandparents from the perspective of occupational therapy, and to analyze the effect of this program on grandparents' life satisfaction and parenting efficacy. Through this, it is intended to increase the understanding of grandparents' participation in parenting, improve the quality of life of the elderly, and promote healthy interactions between generations. Methods : The study was conducted at the A Development Center in Gyeonggi-do from January 2025 to March 2025, and involved 20 g randparents aged 60 or o lder who were diagnosed with developmental disabilities by doctors and raised children receiving developmental voucher services. The intervention is a program that performs a total of six sessions twice a week for 40 minutes a day, and 20 grandparents conducted the intervention program through non-face-to-face Zoom. Before and after the intervention program, the Life Satisfaction Index B of grandparents and the Parenting Efficacy Scale (Grandparent Parental Knowledge Questionnaire-for grandparents) were used. Results : Before and after the intervention program, the change in life satisfaction of grandparents increased from 29.70±4.62 to 65.75±5.40, and the change in parenting efficacy increased from 18.75±4.24 to 33.75±4.05, showing statistically significant improvement in all areas after the intervention (p<.05). Conclusion : There were significant improvement in grandparents' life satisfaction and parenting efficacy in the grandparents' education program for raising children with developmental disabilities. Through this study, practical customized educational programs for grandparents raising children with developmental disabilities can be used as basic data for building a family-centered occupational therapy model. In addition, it is expected to play a new role for the elderly in the era of super-aging and low birthrates.
