윤리적 행동 관점에서 수정된 계획행동 이론을 통한 장애인 고용 레스토랑 이용의도에 관한 연구: MZ세대를 중심으로

국문 초록

연구목적 : 본 연구에서는 최근 우리 사회에서 중요한 사회적 문제로 대두 되고 있는 장애인 고용 문제라는 주제를 가지고 외식산업에서 문제인식과 윤리적 규범이 방문의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 연구에 사용된 데이터는 온라인과 오프라인을 통해 수집하였다. 이를 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 340부의 유효한 표본을 얻었다. 실증분석은 SPSS version 28.0을 이용해서 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, 신뢰도분석 그리고 가설검증을 위해 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 : 분석 결과, 고객의 장애인 고용 문제에 대한 인식 정도는 윤리적 규범, 태도에 대하여 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또 문제에 대한 인식 정도는 레스토랑 이미지에 유의한 영향을 미쳐서 방문의도에도 정적인 유의한 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 : 이 연구의 결과를 통해 우리 사회가 직면하고 있는 심각한 사회적 문제인 장애인의 사회진출에 대한 이해에 도움을 주고, 외식산업이 이 사회에 공헌할 수 있는 방법에 대한 청사진을 제시 하였다. 외식 기업에서 차별화된 마케팅으로 장애인과 같은 사회 약자를 위하고 공익을 위한 긍정적인 활동이 고객 유치와 고객방문으로 인한 매출 향상에도 도움이 될 수 있다는 인사이트를 제시하였으며 최근 사회에서 대두된 ESG경영 부분에도 긍정적인 효과를 검증하였다.

영문 초록

Objective : This study deal with the topic of employment of the disabled, which has recently emerged as an important social problem in our society, throw this study to find out how customers' awareness of employment problems disabled people and ethical norms affect of visit intentions of restaurant which is hiring disabled employee in the food service industry. Methods : The data used in the study were collected online and offline. Survey questionnaires were conducted on this to obtain 340 valid samples. For empirical analysis, session analysis was conducted for frequency analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, reliability analysis, explorator factor analysis and hypothesis verification using the SPSS 28 statistical package. Results : As a result of the analysis, it was found that the degree of awareness of the customer's employment problem concern with the disabled had a significant effect on the overall behavioral theory variable. In addition, it was found that the degree of awareness of restaurant customers on the employment problem of the disabled had a significant effect on the image of a restaurant employing the disabled, and thus had a positive and significant effect on the intention to visit. Conclusion : The results of this study presented insights that positive activities for the underprivileged and the public interest can also help attract customers and improve sales through customer visits through differentiated marketing in food service companies, and positive effects were also verified in the ESG management sector that has recently emerged in society.
