국문 초록

본 연구는 영유아교사가 생태적 감수성과 예술적 감수성을 동시에 함양할 수 있는 생태·예술융합 영유아교사교육 프로그램을 개발함에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 기초적으로 문헌연구와 생태영유아교육기관에 근무한 경험이 있고, 예술분야에 함께 관심을 가진 영유아교사를 대상으로 요구도 조사를 위한 심층면담을 실시하였으며, 이를 반영하여 생태·예술융합 영유아교사교육 프로그램 개발을 실시하였다. 이를 통해 개발된 본 연구의 프로그램은 총 4차시로 구성되며, 차시별 3회기씩 총 12회기의 교육으로 구성되었다. 각 차시는 ‘자신을 비우기’, ‘자연과 예술이 되는 경험’, ‘생태·예술적 교사-되기’, ‘연결과 확장’으로 구성된다. 본 연구는 생태와 예술을 함께 융합한 연구를 제안하고 그 중점을 신체와 감각에 초점을 두어 관계 맺음과 활동중심의 프로그램을 제안하였음에 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study aims to develop an integrated eco-art teacher education program that enables early childhood teachers to simultaneously cultivate ecological and artistic sensitivity. To achieve this research objective, a literature review was conducted, and early childhood teachers with an interest in the arts and experience working at eco-centered early childhood education institutions were interviewed in-depth. An eco-art integrated teacher education program was developed based on the findings. The program consists four themed sessions, titled “Emptying Oneself,” “Experiencing Nature and Becoming Art,” “Becoming an Eco-Art Teacher,” and “Connection and Expansion.”. Each session comprises three activities, for a total of twelve activities. The significance of this study lies in its proposal of a teacher education program that integrates ecological and artistic elements. The program emphasizes body-centered and sensory experiences to foster relational and activity-centered learning.
