국문 초록

멜랑꼴리에 대한 정신분석적 고찰은 우울이라는 특정의 병리적인 상태의 메커니즘을 설명하는 것 이상의 의미를 지니고 있다. 본 연구에서는 멜랑꼴리에 관한 정신분석적 고찰을 통하여 정상적인 슬픔의 애도와는 구별되는 멜랑꼴리, 자아의 빈곤으로서의 멜랑꼴리와 자살 심리, 조증으로 돌변할 수 있는 또 다른 얼굴의 병리적 양상으로서 멜랑꼴리를 살펴보았다. 그 후 멜랑꼴리 환자(내담자)에 대한 정신분석적 돌봄의 측면을 자아와 자기의 애도 과정과 통합으로서의 멜랑꼴리의 치료, 어린 시절 외상적 경험의 치유로서의 멜랑꼴리의 치료, 자살 예방으로서의 멜랑꼴리의 치료에 대해 다루었다. 마지막으로, 멜랑꼴리에 관한 정신분석적 고찰을 통해 기독교상담에 어떻게 적용되고, 활용될 수 있는지를 절망에 대항하여 인간의 근원적 힘으로서의 희망하기, 멜랑꼴리의 절망감에 대항하는 희망의 대리로서의 기독교상담, 희망의 부재로서의 멜랑꼴리와 희망의 대리인으로서의 기독교상담사의 역할을 연구하였다.

영문 초록

Psychoanalytic consideration of melancholie carries significance beyond merely explaining the mechanisms of this particular pathological state. This study examines melancholie from a psychoanalytic perspective by distinguishing melancholie from mourning, exploring melancholie as a condition of ego impoverishment and melancholie as another pathological aspect that can turn into suicidal psychology and mania. Subsequently, this study investigates the aspects of psychoanalytic care for patients(clients) with melancholie, including treatment of melancholie as a process of mourning and integration of the ego and self, as a healing of traumatic experiences in childhood, and as suicide prevention. Finally, based on the psychoanalytic considerations of melancholie, this study explores how it can be applied and utilized in Christian counseling. Specifically, it examines how Christian counseling can counteract hopelessness by fostering hope as a fundamental human strength, how Christian counseling serves as an agent of hope against the despair of melancholie, and the role of the Christian counselor as an agent of hope in the absence of hope.
