국문 초록

본 연구는 조손가정 아동을 대상으로 지속가능 환경감수성 독서치료를 실시하여 그 효과를 살펴보았다. 본 연구는 농촌지역 조손가정 아동 5명을 대상으로 환경감수성 독서치료를 실시하였다. 환경감수성 독서치료프로그램은 2024년 5월부터 8월까지 약 4개월의 기간에 걸쳐 주 1회, 각 회기 당 50분 내외로 총 10회기로 진행하였다. 연구 자료분석은 연구자 개별 사례 회기별 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 해당 프로그램은 아동들의 환경 감수성 향상과 정서적 안정, 그리고 독서 능력 및 책에 대한 흥미 증진에 기여하였다. 또한, 아동과 보호자 간의 관계 개선에도 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 다양한 환경 문제에 대한 인식과 해결 방안 모색 기회를 제공하였다. 특히, 프로그램 참여를 통해 아동들은 환경 보호의 중요성과 지속 가능한 삶의 태도를 내면화하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 실천적 행동으로의 전환 가능성을 보여주었다. 이러한 결과는 농촌 지역 조손가정 아동의 환경 감수성 증진을 위한 독서치료 프로그램의 개발 및 적용에 있어 유용한 근거를 제공하며, 후속 연구에서의 확장 가능성을 시사한다.

영문 초록

This study investigated the effects of a sustainable environmental sensitivity reading therapy program for children from grandparent-raised families. This study conducted environmental sensitivity reading therapy on five children from grandparent-raised families in rural areas. The environmental sensitivity reading therapy program was conducted once a week for approximately 4 months from May to August 2024, with a total of 10 sessions lasting approximately 50 minutes each. The research data were analyzed by individual case sessions by the researcher. The results of the study showed that the program contributed to improving children's environmental sensitivity, emotional stability, and reading ability and interest in books. In addition, it had a positive effect on improving the relationship between children and guardians, and provided opportunities to recognize and seek solutions to various environmental problems. In particular, through participation in the program, children internalized the importance of environmental protection and a sustainable lifestyle attitude, and showed the possibility of transitioning to practical behavior based on this. These results provide useful evidence for the development and application of a reading therapy program to improve environmental sensitivity in children from grandparent-raised families in rural areas, and suggest the possibility of expansion in follow-up studies.
