국문 초록

본 연구는 육아공동체의 커뮤니티 활성화를 위한 서번트리더 경험 연구이다. 연구의 목적은 육아커뮤니티 활동을 통한 부모의 개인적 성장과 지역사회 소속감을 확인하고, 상호 지지와 협력을 통해 형성되는 공동체 의식과 지역사회에 미치는 긍정적 영향을 규명하는 데 있다. 육아커뮤니티 참여 경험 효과 분석 결과 첫째, 사회적 고립 해소로써 육아커뮤니티는 부모들 간의 상호지지와 정보 교환을 통해 육아 과정에서의 고립감을 완화하고, 자조 모임으로서의 연대감을 형성하는 데 기여했다. 둘째, 육아커뮤니티 참여자들은 공동체 활동을 통해 양육스트레스 감소와 자아존중감 향상으로 양육 효능감이 높아지고, 본인의 진로에 긍정적 변화를 경험하며, 상호 지지와 공감을 통해 커뮤니티의 결속력을 강화했다. 셋째, 육아커뮤니티 참여자들은 서번트리더십이 형성되어 긍정적 자아 인식과 이타적 태도가 성장하고, 양육 방법을 서로 소통하며 객관화하여 양육자 본인의 마인드 셋을 성장시켰다. 본 연구의 결과는 지역 사회 돌봄 공동체가 부모들에게 긍정적 영향을 미치고, 양육자 스스로 서번트리더로 성장한 모습을 보이며, 궁극적으로 양육 친화적 사회 환경 구축에 기여하며, 품앗이육아프로그램 개발의 다양성 토대를 마련했음을 시사한다.

영문 초록

This study is a servant leader experience study for community activation of parenting communities. The purpose of the study is to confirm the personal growth and sense of community belonging of parents through parenting community activities, and to clarify the community consciousness formed through mutual support and cooperation and the positive impact on the community. The results of the analysis of the effects of participation in parenting communities are as follows: First, as a social isolation relief, parenting communities contributed to relieving the sense of isolation in the parenting process through mutual support and information exchange among parents, and forming solidarity as a self-help group. Second, parenting community participants increased their parenting efficacy through reduced parenting stress and improved self-esteem through community activities, experienced positive changes in their career paths, and strengthened the solidarity of the community through mutual support and empathy. Third, parenting community participants formed servant leadership, which led to the growth of positive self-awareness and altruistic attitudes, and communicated and objectified parenting methods, thereby growing the mindset of the parent themselves. The results of this study suggest that community care communities have a positive impact on parents, help caregivers grow into servant leaders, ultimately contribute to building a parenting-friendly social environment, and provide a foundation for the development of diverse childcare programs.
