특수교사의 의사소통-상호작용 연계 척도 개발 및 타당화

국문 초록

목적: 본 연구는 특수교사가 교수학습 및 생활지도에서 수행하는 장애학생과의 의사소통 및 상호작용에 대한 현장 중심의 경험과 이론적 배경에 기초하여 의사소통과 상호작용을 연계하는 척도를 개발하고 타당화하기 위하여 수행되었다. 방법: 의사소통-상호작용 연계 척도를 개발하기 위하여 특수교사의 의견과 전문가 집단의 안면 타당도 및 내용타당도 검증을 통하여 30개 문항을 개발하였다. 전국의 특수학교에 재직하는 특수교사 458명의 자료를 분석하였다. 탐색적 및 확인적 요인분석과 준거 관련 타당도로 타당화 검증을 수행하였다. 결과: 본 연구에서 개발한 척도는 26개 문항의 3개 요인으로 구성되었으며, 상관관계 분석, 타당성 평가, 모형의 적합성, 준거 관련 타당도 검증으로 척도의 타당화가 확보되었다. 결론: 특수교사의 의사소통-상호작용 연계 문항은 장애학생의 특성에 맞는 맞춤형 지도의 효율성을 견인하는 자기보고식 자료의 활용 및 후속연구를 위한 기초 자료가 될 것이다.

영문 초록

Purpose: This study was conducted to develop and validate a scale linking communication and interaction based on field-oriented experiences and theoretical backgrounds on the communication and interaction with students with disabilities that special education teachers perform in teaching, learning, and life guidance. Method: In order to develop a communication-interaction linkage scale, 30 items were developed through the opinions of special education teachers and the verification of face validity and content validity by a group of experts. Data from 458 special education teachers working in special schools nationwide were analyzed. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis and criterion-related validity were used to verify validity. Results: The scale developed in this study consisted of 26 items and 3 factors, and the validity of the scale was secured through correlation analysis, validity evaluation, model fit, and criterion-related validity verification. Conclusion: The communication-interaction linkage items of special education teachers will serve as basic data for the utilization of self-report data and follow-up studies that lead to the effectiveness of customized instruction that suits the characteristics of students with disabilities.
