예비교사 양성대학의 교사교육자에 대한 국내 연구동향 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 교사교육자 연구의 활성화를 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자, 2000년부터 2024년까지 예비교사 양성대학의 교사교육자에 대한 국내 연구동향을 분석하였다. 국내 학술지 RISS에 게 재된 교사교육자 연구 논문을 111편 선정하여 연구문제에 따라 연구방법, 연구주제, 연구대상, 연구시기별로 연구동향을 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구방법에 있어서 가 장 많이 사용된 연구방법은 질적연구(50.5%)였고, 자기연구(32.4%), 양적연구(9.9%), 혼합연 구(5.4%), 문헌연구(1.8%) 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 연구주제 분석 결과, 교사교육자 연구주제는 교사교육자와 관련된 7개의 내·외적 주제와 자기연구의 3개 주제로 구성되었다. 이 중 가장 많 이 나타난 주제는 자기성찰(29.7%)이었다. 셋째, 연구대상에 있어서 초등교육(31.5%), 유아교 육·보육(28.8%), 대학교육(25.5%), 중·고등교육(9.0%) 등의 순서로 연구가 활발히 이루어졌다. 넷째, 연구시기별 분석 결과, 교사교육자 연구는 2000년대 시작되어 2010년에 더 활발해졌고, 지속적으로 늘어나고 있다. 본 연구는 교사교육자에 대한 연구동향 분석을 통하여 교사교육자 연구에 관한 관심을 높이고, 교사교육자 연구의 기초자료를 제공하는 데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study analyzes the domestic research trends for teacher educators in prospective teacher training universities from 2000 to 2024 to provide basic data for revitalizing teacher educator research. A total of 111 research papers for teacher educators published in the domestic journal indexed by RISS are selected and analyzed based on research methods, topics, subjects, and periods according to research questions. The research results are as follows. First, the most commonly used research method is qualitative research (50.5%), followed by self-study (32.4%), quantitative research (9.9%), mixed-methods research (5.4%), and literature research (1.8%). Second, as a result of the subject analysis, the subject of research on teacher educators consists of seven internal and external topics related to teacher educators and three subjects of selfstudy. Among them, the most frequently appeared subject is self-reflection (29.7%). Third, in terms of research subjects, research is actively conducted in the order of elementary education (31.5%), early childhood education and childcare (28.8%), university education (25.5%), and middle and high education (9.0%). Fourth, research on teacher educators has grown steadily since its emergence in the 2000s, becoming more active in the 2010s and showing a continuous upward trend. This study is meaningful in increasing teacher educators’ interest in research and using it as a basis for further scholarly inquiry through analysis of research trends for teacher educators.
