어린이집 만1세반 알림장에 나타난 부모와 교사의 의사소통 내용 탐구

국문 초록

본 연구는 가정과 유아교육기관의 교류수단인 알림장에 나타난 부모와 교사의 의사소통 내용을 탐구하고 주요 의사소통 내용을 알림장을 통해 보다 효과적으로 전달할 수 있는 방법을 모색해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 P시에 위치한 어린이집 네 곳에서 만1세반 알림장 10권을 수집하여 2015년 3월 2일부터 8월 31일까지의 부모와 교사의 의사소통 내용을 질적으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면 부모는 영아의 기분과 건강에 관련한 내용, 하원 후 가정에서의 일과, 안부 및 감사, 어린이집 행사나 일정문의, 영아의 행동 특성 및 문제 상담을 기재하고 있었으며 교사는 영아의 기분과 건강, 어린이집에서의 일과, 식사 및 간식 량, 문제 행동상담, 기본생활습관지도를 기재하고 있었다. 본 연구는 이와 같은 결과를 통해 영아반 부모와 교사에게 실증적인 의사소통 자료를 제공하고, 보육현장에서 알림장을 보다 효과적으로 활용할 수 있도록 기초자료를 제시하는데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to explore the communication contents between parents and child-care teachers in class notes as a means of communication between the home and early child-care centers, and to find ways to communicate main concerns more effectively through class notes. For this purpose, the researcher collected and analyzed 10 class notes from the 1-year-old classes at 4 child-care centers in P city. From March 2 to August 31, 2015, fata analysis was conducted using the collected information of the class notes by qualitative content analysis. Based on the results of this study, communication contents of parents and child-care teachers were divided into 5 categories each. Parents were informed about the 1). mood and health of the infants, 2). daily routines at home, 3). regards and thanks to teachers, 4). nursery event and schedule inquiries, and 5). behavior characteristics and problem counseling for infants. And teachers described the 1). mood and health of the infants, 2). daily work at the day care center, 3). amount of meals and snacks, 4). problem behavior counseling and 5). basic lifestyle instruction. The results of this study found the function of class notes to be effective communication tools, and suggest meaningful measures to use class notes more effectively in the child-care field.
