애착 장애 유아의 의식발달 과정에 대한 모래놀이 치료 사례연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 영아기와 유아기에 걸쳐 심각한 애착 관계의 어려움이 있는 유아의 모래놀이를 통하여, 자아발달의 관점에서 칼프의 자아발달 이론을 접목하여 의식이 어떻게 발달해 가는지 그 과정을 연구해 보고자 한다. 접수, 면접 및 HTP, 엄마의 보고 등을 토대로 8개월간 모래놀이치료를 총 24회기 실시하였다. 모래상자 분석을 모래놀이치료 과정 진행에 따른 심리 변화 및 칼프의 자아발달 이론을 근거로 하였다. 첫째는 동․식물의 단계, 둘째는 투쟁의 단계, 셋째는 집단에의 적응 단계로 보았다. 본 연구는 모래놀이치료 과정에서, 안전하게 보호된 공간이 담아 주는 경험과 모래상자를 통해 자신의 내면의 언어를 표현하면서, 내담자는 자신의 심리적 고통을 드러내고, 치료 회기가 진전될수록 안정감을 보였다. 그 안정감을 기반으로 내담자가 보여준 모래놀이 변화는 자아 발달적 변환의 과정을 보여주었으며, 의식의 발달 및 심리적 성장을 확인하였다. 상담을 통하여 내담자는 불안정했던 정서가 안정되었고, 과거에는 유치원에서 친구들과 함께 노는 것을 피했으나, 이제는 또래관계에서 위축되지 않고 잘 적응하여 놀고, 또래관계 가운데 적극적으로 대한다. 결과적으로 모래놀이치료가 아동의 의식 발달에 효과적임을 보여 준다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to study the process of how consciousness develops through sand play in infants and toddlers with serious attachment difficulties throughout infancy and by incorporating Kalff’s theory of ego-development from the perspective of ego-development. Based on reception, interviews, HTP, and mother’s reports, sand play therapy was performed 24 times for 8 months. Through the analysis of the sand play box process, it was based on the psychological change according to the progress of the sand play treatment process and Kalff’s theory of ego-development. The first was viewed as the stage of the animal and the plant, the second as the stage of struggle, and the third as the stage of group adaptation. In this study, the client revealed his psychological pain and showed stability as the treatment session progressed, expressing his inner language through the sandbox and the experience of a safely protected space in the sand play treatment process. Based on that sense of stability, the sand play change shown by the client showed the process of ego-developmental transformation, and confirmed the development of consciousness and psychological growth. Through counseling, the client’s unstable emotions were stabilized, and in the past, he avoided playing with friends in kindergarten, but now he does not shrink in peer relationships, adapts well, and plays actively among peer relationships. As a result, it shows that sand play treatment is effective in developing children’s consciousness.
