유아문학교육 교과수업을 위한 교수설계 모형 개발 -스토리텔링을 중심으로-

국문 초록

본 연구의 궁극적인 목표는 창의적 사고와 문제해결력을 갖춘 예비유아교사를 양성하는 것이며, 이를 실현하기 위하여 유아문학교육 교과수업에 적용 가능한 스토리텔링 교수설계 모형을 개발하였다. 연구방법과 절차는 문헌분석, 사례분석, 요구분석을 통해 교수설계 모형의 초안을 구안하고, 전문가 형성평가를 통해 1차 수정․보완하였다. 수정․보완된 모형을 예비유아교사를 대상으로 8주에 걸쳐 현장 적용하여 모형의 강점과 개선점을 도출하고, 이를 바탕으로 2차 수정․보완하여 최종의 모형을 구안하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 유아문학교육 교과와 스토리텔링의 특성을 반영한 교수설계 모형을 개발하여 교과수업에 적용 가능성을 확인하였다. 둘째, Rechey와 Nelson(1996)과 체제적 교수설계 모형인 ADDIE 모델과 비교․대비하는 과정을 거쳐 교수설계 모형의 정체성을 담보할 수 있고, 향후 활용단계에서 학습자에게 학습한 지식, 전략, 방법을 기초로 학습을 극대화할 수 있다. 셋째, 스토리텔링 전개단계는 학습자들이 본격적인 학습 결과물을 개발하는 단계로 설계하였다. 또한, 효과적인 유아문학교육 교과수업을 하기 위하여 스토리 구성방법에서 체제적인 교수설계를 기초로 브레인스토밍 기법을 활용하여 다양한 아이디어를 도출하고, 극적요소를 삽입하여 스토리를 구성할 수 있으며, 각 단계와 각 단계별 성찰활동을 위한 설계는 창의적인 사고와 문제해결능력을 길러줄 수 있는 중추적인 역할을 기대할 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop an Instructional Design Model based on the storytelling for Early Literature Education. To achieve this purpose, the study was divided into two stages. First, the draft of Instructional Design Mode was proposed by performing a literature survey and a case study. Second, the draft model was applied to the actual work. And the draft was modified to the final model on the basis of the draft model's strength. It was implemented with 32 students who were sophomores in the Early Childhood Department and enrolled in the professional class of a S University, P city for 8 weeks. This model was modified and issued based on the research results. As a core instructional activity process, sub-processes encompass; preparing the storytelling based learning, selecting the early literature education and the early literature education problem finding, understanding storytelling based learning, building the team and role sharing team, storytelling based learning goal setting, theme setting and theme structuralization, re-constitution role sharing team, development of contents based on storytelling, presentation of results, retelling, facilitating the presentation of the results, reflection and evaluating the whole process. To accomplish this study, first of all, this research analyzed the core values, design strategy, optimal learning activity process, and its supporting components. These components were integrated into the desired model, which was selected after the needs analysis and the literature review of the theories and the cases regarding the pre-service early childhood teacher. Secondly, the study synthesized the relevant components from the previous research activities and generated the first version of the model prototype. This study identified the four core values as: systemic support for learning activity, systematic support for learning activity, just in time support for learning activity and support for interaction facilitation. From the implementation result of the model, it was determined that there was a positive reaction on applying storytelling technique to the beginning stage of storytelling based learning. And adding the 're-constitution role sharing team' step into the original steps was suggested. As further research areas, it might be useful to develop the support system for design model from this study.
