국문 초록

본 연구는 카오스, 죽음, 재탄생으로 나타난 모래놀이상담 사례연구이다. 본 연구는 전라북도에 거주하는 초등학생 아동 2명이다. A아동은 I시에 소재한 Y초등학교 3학년 남아이고, B아동은 Y군에 소재한 B지역아동센터 4학년 여아이다. 연구결과, A아동과 B아동의 카오스 단계에서는 무질서한 캐릭터들과 관련성 없는 작업, 위협적이거나 혼란스러운 놀이가 전개되었고 모성성에 대한 혼돈과 갈등이 나타났다. 죽음 단계에서는 불확실성과 확실성의 대립이 시작되고 애착에 대한 강한 욕구가 보였으며 현실에 대한 두려움과 불안이 나타났다. 재탄생 단계에서는 새로운 자아가 나타나고 일상에 대한 적응이 보이면서 죽음과 재탄생의 놀이가 진행하고 있었으며 새로운 사고가 죽음을 통해 재탄생되어 통합, 질서, 정돈의 순서로 나타났다. 이는 성장기 양육과정에서 정서적 갈등, 부적응, 혼란을 경험한 아동에게 모래놀이상담은 내면의 힘과 세상과 소통하는 법, 조화로운 통합으로 전체성을 보이면서 적응의 과정이 나타남을 알 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study is a case study of sand play counseling that appeared as chaos, death, and rebirth. The subjects of this study are two elementary school children living in Jeollabuk-do. Child A is a third-grade boy at Y Elementary School in City I, and Child B is a fourth-grade girl at B Regional Children's Center in County Y. The results of the study showed that in the chaos stage of Children A and B, they displayed disorderly characters, unrelated tasks, and threatening or confusing play, and showed confusion and conflict about maternal nature. In the death stage, the conflict between uncertainty and certainty began, a strong desire for attachment was shown, and fear and anxiety about reality appeared. In the rebirth stage, a new self appeared, adaptation to daily life was shown, and the play of death and rebirth was in progress, and new thoughts were reborn through death, and they appeared in the order of integration, order, and organization. This shows that sandplay counseling is a process of adaptation that shows inner strength, communication with the world, and harmonious integration to children who have experienced emotional conflict, maladjustment, and confusion during the growing up process.
