국문 초록

본 연구는 생성형 인공지능(GAI)을 활용한 안무 창작과 관리에서 발생되고 있는 윤리적 문제를 해결하고 지적재산을 보호하기 위한 프레임워크를 제안한다. 디지털 기술 발전으로 안무 데이터의 관리와 분석이 용이해졌고 GAI가 중요한 창작 도구가 되었다. 그러나 GAI의 데이터 학습 과정에서 안무가의 권리 보호가 제대로 이루어지지 않아 공정한 수익 분배가 어려운 상황이다. 따라서 GAI를 활용한 안무 생성의 문제점을 제시하고, 이를 개선할 프레임워크를 제안한다. 프레임워크의 구성 계층은 3종류의 모듈로 구성된다. 1) GAI 시스템 모듈은 인공지능 윤리 원칙에 따라 개발되어야 하며, 2) 데이터 수집/관리/배포 시스템 모듈은 안무 데이터를 세분화하여 관리하며, 3) 데이터 활용/검증 시스템 모듈은 메타데이터를 활용하여 안무가의 지적재산을 보호하는 근거 자료로 사용된다. 관계 계층은 각 시스템 모듈이 유기적으로 연결되어 학습, 참조, 감사 관계를 형성한다. 이 프레임워크는 GAI를 활용한 안무 창작 과정에서 지적재산권 보호와 공정한 이용을 위한 체계적인 시스템을 제공하며, 안무가의 권리를 보호하고 창작 활동을 활성화할 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study proposes a framework for protecting intellectual property in choreography creation and management using generative artificial intelligence (GAI). This paper presents the problems associated with choreography generation using AI based on complexity theory and proposes a framework to address these issues. The framework is segmented into relationship and structural layers. The structural layer comprises GAI system, data acquisition/management/distribution system, and data utilization/verification system modules. The GAI system module should be developed based on artificial intelligence ethics principles, the data acquisition/management/distribution system module should manage choreography data in a detailed manner, and the data utilization/verification system module should use the metadata from the choreography data to serve as evidence for protecting the intellectual property of choreographers. The relationship layer organically connects each system module to form learning, reference, and audit relationships. The framework is necessary to ensure the protection and fair use of intellectual property in choreography creation using GAI, thereby protecting the rights of choreographers and promoting creative activities. This framework contributes to solving complex problems associated with the artistic creation process in the GAI era.
