유아교육전공 대학생의 그릿과 자기효능감이 행복감에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 유아교육 전공 대학생의 그릿과 자기효능감이 행복감에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 연구를 위해 D시에 소재한 유아교육전공 대학생을 대상으로 설문조사가 진행되었고, 241명의 응답 자료를 SPSS 25.0 통계프로그램으로 분석하였다. 연구의 결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 유아교육전공 대학생의 그릿, 자기효능감, 행복감 간에는 유의한 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교육전공 대학생의 그릿은 행복감에 정적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한, 유아교육전공 대학생의 자기효능감은 행복감에 정적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 대학생의 행복감 증진에 도움을 줄 수 있는 실질적인 방안을 마련하기 위해서는 그릿과 자기효능감 증진이 선행되어야 함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of grit and self-efficacy of college students majoring in early childhood education on happiness. For the study, a survey was conducted on college students majoring in early childhood education located in D city, and the response data of 241 people were analyzed with the SPSS 25.0 statistical program. Looking at the results of the study, first, it was found that there was a significant positive correlation between grit, self-efficacy, and happiness of college students majoring in early childhood education. Second, it was confirmed that the grit of college students majoring in early childhood education had a positive effect on happiness. In addition, it was confirmed that the self-efficacy of college students majoring in early childhood education had a positive effect on happiness. The results of this study suggest that the improvement of grit and self-efficacy must be preceded in order to come up with practical measures that can help improve the happiness of college students.
