유아교사의 행복감 및 회복탄력성이 교수몰입에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 유아교사의 교수몰입, 행복감, 회복탄력성의 관계가 유의미한지를 통해 행복감 및 회복탄력성이 교수몰입에 미치는 상대적 영향력을 알아보는 것을 연구목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 전국에 있는 국․공립 유치원, 법인 유치원, 사립유치원에 근무하고 있는 유치원 교사 325명을 대상으로 행복감, 회복탄력성, 교수몰입에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0을 활용하여 문항 내적 신뢰도(Cronbach’s α)를 산출하고, Pearson 상관관계분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 유아교사의 행복감, 회복탄력성, 교수몰입 간에는 모두 유의한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사의 행복감 및 회복탄력성은 교수몰입에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 변인으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 유아교사의 교수몰입이 증진되기 위해서 교사가 아이들과 함께하는 행복한 경험이 많이 누적될 수 있어야 함을 시사한다. 또한 위기 상황 시 다시 위기 이전 수준으로 도약할 수 있도록 유아교사의 회복탄력성을 지원하는 여건 조성에 노력이 필요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

This study investigates the relative effects of happiness and resilience on teaching flows by examining whether the relationship between teaching flows, happiness, and resilience among kindergarten teachers is statistically significant. For this purpose, a survey on happiness, resilience, and teaching flows was conducted among 325 kindergarten teachers working in public, corporate, and private kindergartens nationwide. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 to calculate internal reliability (Cronbach's alpha), Pearson correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The practical implications of this study are clear and compelling. The positive correlations between happiness, resilience, and teaching flows among kindergarten teachers not only provide valuable insights but also offer practical guidance. The findings suggest that to enhance early childhood teachers’ teaching flows, it is crucial for teachers to accumulate a wealth of happy experiences with children. Furthermore, the study underscores the need for creating conditions that bolster early childhood teachers’ resilience, enabling them to bounce back to pre-crisis levels in times of adversity. These findings are not just theoretical but have direct relevance to the daily work of kindergarten teachers.
