국문 초록

본 연구는 코로나-19를 겪는 과정에서 초등학교 배구부 운영에 대한 현실과 어려움을 파악하고 심층적인 이해와그들만의 극복과정을 통해 향후 발전적인 운영방안을 탐색하고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2020년 3월 강원도 관내 초등학교에 근무 중인 초등교사 중 배구부를 담당하고 있는 교사 3명을 대상으로 심층면담을 실시하였으며, 이 외에 관찰, 문서자료와 다양한 문헌을 수집·분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 평범한 일상으로 코로나-19 이전 초등학교 배구부 담당교사들의 배구부 관련 업무와 학생지도 및 관리에 대해 살펴보았다. 둘째, 코로나-19 상황 극복기에 대한 내용은 정부의 사회적 거리두기 단계에 맞추어 배구부를 운영하고 다양한 활동에참여하는 과정에서 한 번도 겪어보지 못한 상황을 교사로서 노력과 혼신을 다해 운영하고자 하는 열정을 느낄 수있었다. 셋째, 새로운 준비에서는 이번 사태를 계기로 초등학교 배구부 운영에 대해 진지하게 고민하고 미래 시대와 또다시 겪을지 모르는 다양한 비상 상황을 선제적으로 준비하며 이에 맞는 대비책을 마련해야 한다는 필요성을충분히 인식하게 되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 다가오는 미래 사회에 대비하는 초등학교 배구부 운영과 관련된 다양한 프로그램 및 콘텐츠, 시스템이 개발되어 시간과 공간의 제약을 받지 않고 쉽게 이용할 수 있는 초등학교 배구부 운영에 대한 플랫폼 제작에 도움이 될 만한 기초자료로 제공하고자 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to understand the reality and difficulties of running an elementary school volleyball club in the process of experiencing COVID-19, and to explore future developmental plans through in-depth understanding and their own overcoming process. To this end, in March 2020, in-depth interviews were conducted with three teachers in charge of the volleyball club among elementary school teachers working at an elementary school in Gangwon-do. In addition, observations, documents, and various documents were collected and analyzed. The results of this study are as follows. First, we looked at the volleyball club-related tasks and student guidance and management of elementary school volleyball club teachers prior to COVID-19 in ordinary daily life. Second, in the process of overcoming the COVID-19 situation, you can feel the passion to operate a volleyball club in line with the government's social distancing stage and to operate a situation that has never been experienced before as a teacher in the process of participating in various activities. could Third, in the new preparation, the need to seriously think about the operation of the elementary school volleyball club, preemptively prepare for various emergencies that may be encountered in the future and again, and prepare appropriate countermeasures, was fully recognized. Based on these research results, various programs, contents, and systems related to the operation of the elementary school volleyball club have been developed to prepare for the upcoming future society. It is intended to be provided as a basic data.
