전문지도연구회 학습조직 구축 수준과 조직효과성과의 관계

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 농촌지도직공무원들의 자율적 연구모임체인 전문지도연구회의 학습조직 구축 수준과 회원들이 인식하는 단위연구회의 조직효과성과의 관계를 구명하는데 있다. 이를 위해 전문지도연구회의 학습조직 구축수준을 진단하고, 전문지도연구회 회원들의 단위연구회의 조직효과성에 대한 인식을 파악하였다. 또한, 전문지도연구회 학습조직 구축수준과 조직효과성과의 관계를 분석하였다. 이 연구는 전문지도연구회 전 회원을 대상으로, Marquardt(1996)가 학습조직 하위요소의 수준을 측정하기 위해 구성한 학습조직 프로파일과 선행연구 고찰을 통해 추출된 조직효과성 측정 문항을 수정하여 사용하였다. 이 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전문지도연구회의 학습조직 하부요소별 구축수준은 학습의 역동성(2.50), 조직의 변모(2.70), 사람의 권한부여(2.68), 지식관리(2.49)는 모두 보통 수준 이상으로 적용되고 있었으며, 기술지원(2.21)은 보통 수준을 약간 넘는 것으로 인식하고 있었다. 또한, 단위연구회의 조직효과성은 모두 보통 이상으로 높게 인식하고 있었으며, 목적달성(5.49), 조직몰입(5.17), 조직 만족(4.89), 개인의 전문능력 향상(4.85) 순으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 전문지도연구회의 학습조직 하부요소별 구축수준과 회원들이 인식하는 조직효과성 항목들 간에는 비교적 높은 정적인 상관관계가 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between learning organization and organizational effectiveness in a Korean Agricultural Extension Specialist Association. The specific objectives in accomplishing the purpose of this study were as follows: 1) to analyze the level of the employees`s perception of the learning organization, 2) to analyze the level of the employee`s perception of organizational effectiveness in a Korean Agricultural Extension Specialist Association, 3) to investigate the relationship between the learning organization and organizational effectiveness. A survey questionnaire was developed by the researcher to collect the information needed for the study. The questionnaire consisted of the leaning organization scale, Learning Organization Profile developed by Marquardt(1996) and the organizational effectiveness scale through literature review. Based on the findings of this study, the major conclusions were as follows: 1) The levels of the learning organization perceived by members in a Korean Agricultural Extension Specialist Association indicated a moderate extent. 2) The levels of the organizational effectiveness perceived by members were showed to be higher than a moderate level. 3) Finally, five learning organization factors had positive high correlation with four organizational effectiveness factors.
