국문 초록

이 연구는 문화예술교육 프로그램을 평가할 수 있는 평가준거 및 지표의 개발을 목적으로 하였다. 이는 평가의 환류적 기능을 활용하여 문화예술교육 프로그램의 질 관리가 가능하다는 전제와 문화예술교육 프로그램의 질적 향상 및 우수한 프로그램의 개발을 위하여 타당성과 신뢰성을 갖춘 평가도구가 필요하다는 요구로부터 출발하였다. 이를 위하여 현재 사용되고 있는 문화예술교육 프로그램 평가 도구들을 분석하여 기존 평가 도구의 문제점을 지적하였다. 또한 평가도구가 프로그램의 개선에 기여하기 위해서는 문화예술교육의 질적 특성에 근거한 평가도구가 마련되어야 함을 강조하고 문화예술교육 관련 목표, 내용, 방법과 관련된 연구물들의 분석을 토대로 평가 준거 및 지표를 개발, 제시하였다. 마지막으로 문화예술교육의 질적 제고를 위하여 질적 평가 도구의 정교화를 위한 지속적인 노력이 필요함을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

This paper is a research of development of evaluation tool based on Qualitative characteristics of art s and culture education. The research of evaluation of art s and culture education is rare. It means broken feed back system of culture and art education and is not going to right direction. So it is started from the need for valid and reliable evaluation tool on art s and culture education programs to improve the quality of art s and culture education and to develop the qualitative programs. It addressed what and how to evaluate of art s and culture education program. For the proposed research, first, the existing evaluation tools used in KACES (KOREA ARTS & CULTURE SERVICE) and studies were taken into consideration and on the analysis, to point the problems of art s and culture education evaluation and to emphasize of evaluation tool based on Qualitative characteristics of art s and culture education. second, evaluation categories and indicators were identified through analysis of existing studies of art s and culture education s goals, content, methods and management of analysis. So In the practical aspect, this research is expected to highly useful as a guide line of development of art s and culture education. Third, The suggestion is the continuous study of evaluation tool to improve quality of art s and culture education.
