부부친밀감 회복을 위한 TA부부상담 단일 사례 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 어린 시절 결핍이 부부 상호 간 갈등의 도화선이 되어 이혼 위기에 있는 부부를 대상으로 TA부부상담을 활용하여 개인적 성장과 부부친밀감 회복을 위한 부부 상담 과정을 제시하려는 목적의 단일 사례 연구이다. 본 연구의 사례는 결혼 7년 차인 41세, 38세 부부였고, 연구 기간은 2023년 11월2일부터 2024년 2월29일까지 총 4개월간, 총 13회기, 1주 60분 과 100분을 혼합하여 진행하였다. 적용 과정은 전체 5단계로, 1단계는 ‘초기 접촉’ 2단계는 ‘사정하기’ 3단계는 ‘분석 및 상담계약 맺기’ 4단계는 ‘상담 방향과 개입’ 5단계는 ‘종결’이다. 이를 통해 각 단계 순서로 TA철학, 계약, 각본모형분석, 수동성, C자아 역동, 자아상태 검사, 사례의 핵심 감정과 각본 역동 분석, 상담자/부부의 상담 의사소통 촉진, 오염된 P자아와 C 자아로부터 A자아의 정화, 정서다루기(빈의자 기법), 의사소통 재정립과 친밀감 강화, 평가와 종결을 바탕으로 TA상담기법이 적용되었고 현재 갈등에 대한 해결과 상호 친밀성이 촉진되었다. 이에 본 연구는 국내에서 TA부부상담사례를 제시한 연구가 부족한 실정에서 친밀감 강화 관련 변인들을 포함하고 있는 TA이론을 부부상담 상담 단계별로 적용할 수 있는 방법을 구체적으로 제시하고자 하였다. 이는 TA상담자들이 부부상담에서 TA이론을 적용하여 도울 수 있는 실천적 자료를 제시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study is a single case study that aims to present a couple counseling process for personal growth and recovery of marital intimacy by utilizing TA couple counseling for a couple who are on the verge of divorce due to childhood deprivation as a fuse for mutual conflict between the couple. The case of this study was a couple aged 41 and 38 who had been married for 7 years, and the research period was 4 months from November 2, 2023 to February 29, 2024, for a total of 13 sessions, mixing 60 minutes and 100 minutes per week. The application process consists of a total of 5 stages, with Stage 1 being ‘initial contact,’ Stage 2 being ‘assessment,’ Stage 3 being ‘analysis and counseling contract signing,’ Stage 4 being ‘counseling direction and intervention,’ and Stage 5 being ‘termination.’ Through this, TA counseling techniques were applied based on the following stages in order: TA philosophy, contract, script model analysis, passivity, C-ego dynamics, ego state examination, analysis of core emotions and script dynamics of the case, promotion of counseling communication between counselor/couple, purification of A-ego from polluted P-ego and C-ego, emotional handling (empty chair technique), reestablishment of communication and strengthening of intimacy, evaluation and termination, and resolution of current conflicts and promotion of mutual intimacy. Accordingly, this study aims to specifically present a method to apply TA theory, which includes variables related to strengthening intimacy, to each stage of couple counseling in the current situation where there is a lack of research presenting TA couple counseling cases in Korea. This is significant in that it presents practical data that TA counselors can use to help couples by applying TA theory in counseling.
