국문 초록

연구목적: 이 연구의 목적은 11년간 일반고등학교에서 근무한 특수교사의 교직 경험을 드러내고, 그 안에서 특수체육전공 교사로서의 정체성을 찾기 위해 실천한 체육교과 지도 경험의 의미를 살펴보는 데 있다. 연구방법: 자문화기술지 연구 방법으로 2013년부터 11년간의 기억자료와 문화적 인공물, 면담자료 등을 수집하였고, 수집된 자료는 실용적 절충주의에 기초한 포괄적 분석 절차에 의해 분석하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 일반학교 특수학급에서 체육교과 수업을 하게 된 것은 특수교사로서 역할 정체성을 찾기 위한 노력이었고, 둘째, 일반학급 체육수업 지도 경험을 통해 장애학생 통합교육의 한계를 체감하여 특수학급 자체의 체육 교과 수업을 시도하게 되었으며, 셋째, 특수학급 체육수업을 기반으로 다양한 대회 참가 및 팀 스포츠 활동을 실행함으로써 특수교육대상학생의 협동 정신과 사회성을 길러 주게 되었다. 논의: 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 중등특수교사의 전공교과 전문성 개발을 바탕으로 다양성 있는 교과 학습 기회 제공을 위한 다양한 후속연구를 제언하였다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to reveal the teaching experience of special teachers who have worked in general high schools for 11 years and to examine the meaning of the physical education subject teaching experience practiced to find their identity as special physical education teachers. Method: Memory data, cultural artifacts, and interview data for 11 years from 2013 were collected as a self-cultural technology journal research method, and the collected data were analyzed by a comprehensive analysis procedure based on practical eclecticism. Results: First, physical education classes in special classes in general schools were an effort to find a role identity as a special teacher. Second, by experiencing the limitations of integrated education for students with disabilities through the experience of teaching physical education classes in general classes, they attempted physical education classes for special classes themselves. Third, by participating in various competitions and carrying out team sports activities based on special classes, they developed the spirit of cooperation and social skills of students subject to special education. Conclusion: Based on these studies, various follow-up studies to provide various subsequent research opportunities for providing textbooks based on the development of secondary textbooks based on the development of secondary characteristics.
