국문 초록

이 연구는 저상버스 운전자를 대상으로 장애인식 교육프로그램을 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 이에실제 장애인차량 운전을 직무로 행하는 조사자들과 재활현장의 전문가들을 대상으로 설문조사와 델파이 분석을 통하여 장애인식 교육프로그램 개발을 위한 교육항목, 교육요소, 교육지표를 도출하였다. 분석 결과, ‘장애 이해와 인식 개선’, ‘교통약자 서비스’, ‘법적·제도적 이해’, ‘비상상황 대처’ 등이 저상버스 운전자를 대상으로 하는 교육 프로그램의 필수 구성 요소로 확인되었다. 나아가, 이러한 내용은 장애인의 이동권 보장을 위한 실질적인 기반을 마련하는 데 중요한 역할을 할 것으로나타났다. 본 연구는 결론적으로 저상버스 운전자를 대상으로 한 교육프로그램 개발에 있어 기초적인 틀과 방향성을 제시하였으며, 향후 연구에서는 다양한 지역과 집단을 포함하여 실제적인 연구의보편성을 확장하고, 해당 교육프로그램의 효과성을 보다 체계적으로 검증하는 노력이 필요하다.

영문 초록

This study aims to develop an awareness education program for low-floor bus drivers concerning disabilities. To achieve this, a survey and Delphi analysis were conducted with researchers engaged in the operation of vehicles for individuals with disabilities and experts in the rehabilitation field to derive educational topics, components, and indicators for the development of a disability awareness training program. The analysis revealed that understanding and improving awareness of disabilities, providing services for transportation-vulnerable individuals, understanding legal and institutional frameworks, and responding to emergencies are essential components of educational programs targeted at low-floor bus drivers. Furthermore, these elements are expected to play a critical role in establishing a practical foundation for ensuring the right to mobility for individuals with disabilities. In conclusion, this study presents a basic framework and direction for developing educational programs for low-floor bus drivers. Future research should aim to expand the generalizability of practical applications by including diverse regions and groups and systematically verify the effectiveness of such educational programs.
