空间书法与跨媒介表达融合研究——基于案例的分析

국문 초록

오늘날은 경계를 넘나드는 융합의 시대이며, 또한 선형적 지식에서 네트워크적 지식으로 전환하는 시대이다. 중국 문화를 대표하는 중요한 명함인 서예 예술이 새로운 역사적 맥락 속에서 어떻게 자기 갱신과 당대적 표현을 실현할 수 있는가는 모든 서예 연구자들이 깊이 성찰해야 할 학문적 과제이다. 본고는 다년간의 서예 창작 실천과 현대 예술에 대한 관찰을 토대로, “매체 간 서예 표현”이라는 개념을 제시하고 공간서예를 논의의 출발점으로 삼는다. 이른바 매체 간 서예 표현이란 조각, 설치, 빛과 그림자, 소리, 가상현실 등 다양한 매체적 수단을 통해 서예의 심미적 내포와 문화적 정신을 구현하는 것을 의미한다. 특히 본문은 공간서예가 매체 간 표현 속에서 지니는 독특한 가치를 분석한다. 공간서예는 서예의 필법, 리듬, 기운생동의 미학적 핵심을 계승하면서도, 입체화·장소화의 방식을 통해 전통적 평면 서사의 한계를 돌파한다. 이는 서예가 도시 공공예술, 건축경관, 국제 문화전파로 진입할 수 있는 새로운 경로를 제공한다. 연구는 공간서예가 현대 도시 생활 속에서 새로운 생명력을 발현할 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 추상예술의 방식으로 “국경을 넘어” 문자 가독성의 장벽을 초월하고, 동서 문화 교류의 다리로 작용할 수 있음을 지적한다. 따라서 매체 간 서예 표현은 단순한 예술 형식의 혁신이 아니라, 중화 문화의 자신감을 구축하고 중국 서예의 국제적 영향력을 제고하는 중요한 지점이 된다.

영문 초록

This is an era of interdisciplinary fusion and also a time when knowledge is transforming from linear structures to networked forms. As an important cultural emblem of China, how calligraphic art renews itself and achieves contemporary expression in this new historical context is an academic question that every calligraphy practitioner must reflect upon. Based on years of calligraphy practice and observations of contemporary art, this paper proposes the concept of “cross-media calligraphic expression” and takes spatial calligraphy as its entry point. Cross-media calligraphic expression refers to the use of multiple mediums—such as sculpture, installation, light and shadow, sound, and virtual reality—to manifest the aesthetic connotations and cultural spirit of calligraphy. The paper focuses on analyzing the unique value of spatial calligraphy within cross-media expression. While inheriting the aesthetic core of calligraphic brushwork, rhythm, and dynamic vitality, spatial calligraphy transcends the limits of traditional two-dimensional writing by means of three-dimensionalization and site-specific presentation. This provides new pathways for calligraphy to enter urban public art, architectural landscapes, and international cultural communication. The study points out that spatial calligraphy can not only generate new vitality in contemporary urban life, but also transcend the barriers of textual legibility by adopting forms of abstract art, thereby becoming a bridge for dialogue between Eastern and Western cultures. Thus, cross-media calligraphic expression is not merely an innovation of artistic form, but also a crucial support for building cultural confidence and enhancing the international influence of Chinese calligraphy. 这是一个跨界融合的时代，也是一个由线性知识向网络知识转型的时代。作为中国文化的重要名片，书法艺术如何在新的历史语境下进行自我更新与当代表达，是值得每一位书法工作者深思的学术命题。基于多年书法创作实践与当代艺术观察，本文提出了“跨媒介书法表达”的观念，并以空间书法为切入口展开论述。所谓跨媒介书法表达，是指通过雕塑、装置、光影、声音、虚拟现实等多种媒介手段，展示书法的审美内涵与文化精神。本文着重分析了空间书法在跨媒介表达中的独特价值：它既承继了书法笔法、节奏与气韵的美学核心，又通过立体化和场域化的方式，突破了传统平面书写的局限，为书法进入城市公共艺术、建筑景观及国际文化传播提供了新路径。研究指出，空间书法不仅能够在当代都市生活中焕发新的生命力，而且能够以抽象艺术的方式“走出国门”，突破文字可读性的障碍，成为沟通中西文化的桥梁。由此，跨媒介书法表达不仅是一种艺术形式的创新，更是建构中华文化自信、增强中国书法国际影响力的重要支点。
