국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 유아교사의 디지털 역량과 디지털 놀이 지원역량 간의 관계에서 교육과정 운영 자율성과 놀이성의 이중매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 유아교사를 대상으로 네이버 폼과 직접 배부 방식을 통해 자료를 수집하여 회수된 282부를 SPSS 27.0 및 Process Macro 6을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아교사 디지털 놀이 지원역량은 디지털 역량, 교육과정 운영 자율성, 놀이성과 정적상관이 있었으며, 디지털 역량, 교육과정 운영 자율성, 놀이성 간에도 서로 정적상관이 있었다. 둘째, 유아교사 디지털 역량과 디지털 놀이 지원역량 간의 관계에서 교육과정 운영 자율성은 단독으로는 매개효과가 유의하지 않았지만, 놀이성을 통한 이중매개효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 이상과 같은 연구 결과는 유아교사의 디지털 놀이 지원역량을 증진을 위해 유아교사의 놀이성과 교육과정 운영 자율성을 향상시키기 위한 노력이 요구됨을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to verify the dual mediating effect of curriculum operation autonomy and playfulness in the relationship between early childhood teachers' digital competencies and digital play support competencies. The survey was conducted using Naver Forms and direct distribution to early childhood teachers. Data were collected from the 282 returned questionnaires and analyzed using the SPSS 27.0 program and Process Macro 6. The results of this study are as follows. First, early childhood teachers' digital play support competencies positively correlated with digital competencies, curriculum operation autonomy, and playfulness, and there was a positive correlation among digital competencies, curriculum operation autonomy, and playfulness. Secondly, in the relationship between early childhood teachers' digital competency and digital play support competency, curriculum operation autonomy alone was not significant as a mediating effect. However, the dual mediating effect through playfulness was significant. The research results suggest that efforts to improve early childhood teachers' playfulness and curriculum operation autonomy are required to enhance their digital play support capabilities.
