국문 초록

본 연구는 유아교사의 디지털 리터러시가 개정누리과정 실행에 미치는 영향에서 놀이교수효능감의 매개효과를 알아보고자 하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 경기지역 유치원과 어린이집에 근무하는 만 3세~5세 담당 유아교사 253명의 설문 자료를 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 활용하여 최종 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째 유아교사의 디지털 리터러시, 놀이교수효능감, 개정누리과정 실행 간에는 모두 유의미한 정적 상관 관계가 나타났다. 둘째 디지털 리터러시는 놀이교수효능감에 정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 또한 개정누리과정 실행에도 직접적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째 놀이교수효능감은 디지털 리터러시와 개정누리과정 실행 간의 관계에서 부분매개 역할을 하였으며, Sobel 검증 결과 그 매개효과가 통계적으로 유의미함이 확인되었다. 본 연구는 유아교사의 디지털 리터러시가 놀이교수효능감이라는 내적 신념을 통해 개정누리과정 실행의 질을 높이는 핵심 기제임을 실증적으로 규명하였다. 이러한 결과는 교사 전문성 개발을 위한 연수 및 지원 프로그램이 단순히 디지털 도구 활용 교육에 그치는 것이 아니라, 놀이 중심 교수법과 유기적으로 통합되어 설계되어야 할 필요성을 제기한다. 나아가 본 연구는 교사의 디지털 역량과 교수적 신념의 상호보완적 관계를 밝힘으로써, 향후 교사 교육과정 개발 및 유아교육 정책 수립에 중요한 기초자료를 제공한다는 점에서 학문적, 실천적 의의를 지닌다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore how early childhood teachers' digital literacy and play teaching efficacy interact to enhance the effective implementation of the revised Nuri Curriculum. Specifically, the study aims to examine whether play teaching efficacy acts as a mediating factor in the relationship between digital literacy and the implementation of the Nuri Curriculum. A survey was conducted with 300 early childhood teachers in the Gyeonggi region, and 253 valid responses were analyzed. Data were analyzed using the SPSS 25.0 program to perform frequency analysis, Correlation analysis and mediation effect analysis. The results revealed that early childhood teachers' digital literacy positively influenced the implementation of the Nuri Curriculum, and play teaching efficacy significantly mediated this relationship. Teachers with higher digital literacy were better able to support child-centered play environments, while those with higher play teaching efficacy enhanced children's engagement and immersion in play, thereby promoting educational outcomes. This study highlights the importance of enhancing early childhood teachers’ digital literacy and play teaching efficacy for the effective implementation of the revised Nuri Curriculum, and emphasizes the need for systematic training and practical support programs.
