어린이집에서의 놀이치료가 부모-자녀 애착, 가족의사소통, 부모-교사 협력에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 어린이집에서 실시한 놀이치료가 부모-자녀는 실험집단 8명, 통제집단 8명으로 동등하게 나누어 진행되었으며, 실험집단은 2024년 9월부터 2025년 2월까지 20회기를 진행하였고, 각 회기는 총 50분(놀이치료 40분, 부모 상담 10분)으로 진행되었다. 또한, 가정-기관 협력을 강화하기 위해 담임 교사와의 월 1회 면담을 통해 가정에 동등하게 지원해 줄 수 있는 주 호소 관련 내용에 대해 소통하는 시간을 가졌다. 사전·사후 평가는 부모가 직접 작성하는 평가로 부모-자녀 애착 척도, 가족 의사소통 척도, 그리고 부모-교사 협력 척도를 활용하였다. 자료는 SPSS 21.0을 통한 Wilcoxon 순위 검정과 집단 간 동질성은 비모수 검증인 맨휘트니 U검정(Mann-Whitney U test)을 사용하여 분석하였다. 실험집단은 부모-자녀 애착, 가족의사소통, 부모-교사 협력에서 모두 유의미한 개선을 보인 반면, 통제집단은 세 영역에서 모두 유의미한 변화를 보이지 않았다. 이러한 결과는 어린이집에서의 놀이치료가 가족 및 어린이집의 상호작용을 증진시키는데 효과적임을 보여주며, 향후 어린이집에서의 놀이치료가 적용되는 것에 있어 중요한 실증적 증거를 제공한다.

영문 초록

This study examined the effects of play therapy conducted in childcare centers on parent-child attachment, family communication, and parent-teacher cooperation. Sixteen children were equally assigned to an experimental group (n = 8) and a control group (n = 8). The experimental group participated in 20 sessions of play therapy from September 2024 to February 2025, with each session lasting 50 minutes (40 minutes of play therapy and 10 minutes of parent counseling). To strengthen home-institution collaboration, monthly meetings were also held with homeroom teachers to discuss major concerns and provide consistent support for families. Pre- and post-assessments were conducted using parent-reported measures: the Parent-Child Attachment Scale, the Family Communication Scale, and the Parent-Teacher Cooperation Scale. Data were analyzed using Wilcoxon signed-rank tests for within-group differences and Mann-Whitney U tests for group homogeneity with SPSS 21.0. The experimental group showed significant improvements in all three areas—parent-child attachment, family communication, and parent-teacher cooperation—while the control group exhibited no significant changes. These findings demonstrate the effectiveness of play therapy in childcare centers for enhancing family and institutional interactions, providing important empirical evidence for its future application in early childhood settings.
