흡연 고등학생의 애착불안과 니코틴 의존도 간의 관계에서 공격성의 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 흡연 고등학생의 애착불안과 니코틴 의존 간의 관계에서 공격성의 매개효과 를 검증하고자 하였다. B광역시 소재 특성화고 재학생 중 최근 30일 이내 흡연 경험이 있는 113명을 대상으로, 애착불안 척도(ECR-R), 공격성 척도(AQ), 니코틴 의존도 척도 (FTND)를 사용하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료는 IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0과 PROCESS Macro(Model 4)를 활용하여 기술통계, Pearson 상관분석, 부트스트래핑 매개 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 애착불안과 공격성, 공격성과 니코틴 의존 간에는 유의한 정적 상관이 있었으나, 애착불안과 니코틴 의존 간 상관은 유의하지 않았다. 매개분석에 서는 애착불안이 공격성을 매개로 니코틴 의존에 영향을 미치는 완전 매개효과가 확인되 었다. 이는 애착불안을 지닌 청소년이 공격성과 같은 외현적 정서 반응을 통해 니코틴 의존으로 이어질 수 있음을 시사한다. 청소년 금연 개입 시 정서 인식·조절, 분노관리, 대 인관계 기술을 포함한 다차원적 상담이 필요하다.

영문 초록

This study examined whether aggression mediates the relationship between attachment anxiety and nicotine dependence among smoking high school students. Participants were 113 students from specialized high schools in B City who completed the ECR-R, AQ, and FTND. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 and PROCESS Macro (Model 4) with descriptive statistics, Pearson’s correlations, and bootstrapped mediation analysis. Attachment anxiety was positively correlated with aggression, and aggression was positively correlated with nicotine dependence, while the direct relationship between attachment anxiety and nicotine dependence was not significant. Aggression fully mediated this association, indicating that emotion-focused, multidimensional interventions are essential in adolescent smoking cessation programs.
