국문 초록

본 연구는 새롭게 고시된 2022 개정 기본교육과정에 따라 특수학교 초등 5·6학년 음악 교과용 도서의 개발 방향을 탐색하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 특수교 육 기본교육과정에 관한 문헌, 2022 개정 교육과정의 공식 자료, 교과서 개발과 관련된 문서, 그리고 2015 및 2022 개정 교육과정에 근거해 제작된 특수 음악 교과서와 교수· 학습 문헌들을 중심으로 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 향후 교과용 도서 개발이 나아가 야 할 방향에 대한 시사점을 도출할 수 있었다. 첫째, 2022 개정 교육과정에서 새롭게 도입된 ‘일상생활 활동 교육’ 과정에 부합하도록, 음악 교과서 내에 범교과 학습 주제 및 타 교과와의 내용 연계를 반영한 음악 활동 개발이 필요하다. 둘째, 단원별 주요 음악 학습 요소의 적용을 통해 반복·강화 학습을 유도함으로써, 학습자의 이해를 돕고 발달 수준과 생활 연령 간의 난이도를 조정할 수 있어야 한다. 셋째, 감각 기반의 직관적인 음악 교수 활동을 제시함으로써 학습자의 참여를 유도해야 한다. 넷째, 음악 교과의 특성을 반영한 효율적인 전자저작물 개발이 이루어져야 한다.

영문 초록

This study aims to explore the direction for developing music textbooks for grades 5 and 6 in special education, based on the newly announced 2022 Revised National Curriculum. To achieve this, a literature review was conducted using materials related to special education and curriculum development, official documents from the 2022 Revised Curriculum, textbook compilation resources, and instructional materials developed under the 2015 and 2022 revised curricula for special education music. Through this review, implications for the development of new textbooks were drawn. The findings suggest four key directions. First, in alignment with the newly introduced “Daily Life Activity Education” in the 2022 curriculum, music textbooks should include activities that integrate cross-curricular themes and content from other subjects. Second, by applying key musical learning elements in each unit, textbooks should promote repeated and reinforced learning, thereby supporting students’ understanding and enabling appropriate adjustment of difficulty based on developmental level and chronological age. Third, textbooks should present intuitive, sensory-based music teaching strategies to encourage student engagement. Fourth, efficient development of digital teaching materials should be pursued, reflecting the unique characteristics of music education.
