국문 초록

본 연구는 홈트레이닝에 대해 지니고 있는 지각된 가치(감정적, 경제적, 기능적), 그리고 운동몰입과 지속이용의도 간의 영향 관계를 파악하고 분석하여, 언컨택트 시대에 시간과 공간의 제약 없이 접근할 수 있는 효율적인 운동프로그램을 위한 전략적 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 홈트레이닝을 활용하고 있는 경찰행정학과 재학생들 대상으로 한 조사에서, 홈트레이닝의 지각된 가치와 운동몰입, 지속이용의도 요인 간에는 유의한 정(+)의 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 지각된 가치는 운동몰입과 지속이용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 운동몰입 요인도 지속이용의도에 유의한 영향을 미 치는 것으로 조사되었다. 언컨택트 시대를 맞이하여 경찰의 강인한 체력유지와 강화를 위한 다양한 운동 및 체력단련 프로그램 개발 등 경찰업무 수행에 필요한 지속적인 컨텐츠 개발이 선행되어야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study identifies and analyzes the relationship between perceived values (emotional, economic, and functional) of home training, and exercise immersion and intention to continue use. In the uncontact era, we tried to derive strategic implications for an efficient exercise program that can be accessed without time and space constraints. In a survey of students in the Department of Police Administration using home training, it was found that there was a significant positive (+) correlation between the perceived value of home training, exercise immersion, and intention to continue use. In addition, the perceived value had a significant effect on exercise commitment and intention to continue use, and exercise commitment factor was also investigated to have a significant effect on intention to continue use. In the era of uncontact, continuous development of contents necessary for police work, such as maintaining strong physical strength of the police and developing various exercise and fitness training programs for lectures, should be preceded.
