경호경비업 종사자의 직무스트레스와 조직유효성의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 매개효과 검증

국문 초록

이 연구는 경호경비업 종사자의 직무 스트레스가 회복탄력성 및 조직유효성에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자하였다. 이는 회복탄력성이라는 변수를 통하여 현장의 경호경비 종사자들의 직무스트레스의경감 정도를 분석하고, 직무스트레스와 조직유효성의 관계에서 어떠한 매개적인 역할을 하게 되는지제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 경찰청에 등록된 서울·경기·인천 소재 민간경비업체에서 경비원으로 종사하고 있는 경호경비원 500명을 대상으로 설문지를 배포하여 480부를 회수하였다. 그리고 이 중에서 극단치가 있는 58부를 제외하여 422부를 최종 데이터로 선정하였다. 수집 된 자료는 SPSS WIN 24.0을 이용하여, 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 탐색적 요인분석 및 기술통계분석, 단순 상관관계분석, 위계적회귀분석 등을 실시하여 결과를 도출하였다. 데이터를 분석한 결과, 첫째, 경호경비원의 직무스트레스와 심리적 회복탄력성의 관계에서, 업무관계 스트레스는 긍정성에, 대인관계 스트레스는 사회성과 통제성에 유의한 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 민간경비원의 직무 스트레스와 조직유효성의 관계에서, 고객 스트레스는 직무만족에만 유의한 영향을 미치고, 대인관계 스트레스는 혁신행동에서만 유의한 영향을 미치며, 업무관계 스트레스는 조직몰입에만 유의한 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 민간경비원의 심리적 회복탄력성과 조직유효성의 관계에서, 심리적 회복탄력성은 조직유효성의 혁신행동, 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 직무만족에는 부분적으로 유의한 영향을 미친다. 넷째, 민간경비원의 직무 스트레스와 조직유효성의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 매개효과를 검증한결과, 긍정성은 업무관계 스트레스와 조직유효성의 직무만족, 조직몰입, 혁신행동의 관계에서 완전매개효과를 갖으며, 사회성과 통제성은 대인관계 스트레스에서 완전매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다

영문 초록

This study was conducted to investigate the effect of job stress of the security guard workers on psychological recovery elasticity and organizational effectiveness. The purpose of this study is to analyze the degree of job stress reduction of security guards in the field through the variable of elasticity of recovery, and to suggest what mediating role it plays in the relationship between job stress and organizational effectiveness. To this end, this study collected 480 copies of questionnaires distributed to 500 security guards employed as security guards by private security companies in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Incheon, registered with the National Police Agency. In addition, 422 parts were selected as the final data, excluding 58 parts with extreme values. The collected data was derived by performing frequency analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis and descriptive statistics analysis, simple correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis using SPSS WIN 24.0. As a result of analyzing the data, first, in the relationship between the security guard's job stress and psychological resilience, work-related stress significantly affects positiveness and inter-personal stress significantly affects sociality and controllability. Second, in the relationship between job security and organizational effectiveness of private security guards, customer stress has a significant effect only on job satisfaction, interpersonal stress has a significant effect only on innovation behavior, and work relationship stress has a significant effect on organizational commitment only. Crazy. In the relationship between Psychological Recovery Elasticity and Organizational Effectiveness of Private Security Guard, Psychological Recovery Elasticity has a significant effect on innovation effectiveness and organizational commitment of organizational effectiveness, and partly on job satisfaction. Fourth, as a result of verifying the mediating effect of psychological recovery elasticity on the relationship between job security and organizational effectiveness of private security guards, positiveness has a full mediating effect on the relationship between job relationship stress and job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and innovation behavior. In addition, social performance and controllability were found to play a full mediating role in interpersonal stress.
