간호대학생의 리더십과 국제보건간호역량의 관계

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 리더십과 국제보건간호역량과의 관계를 파악하고, 간호대학생의 국제보건간호역량에 영향을 주는 요인을 확인하고자 시도되었다. 연구 대상자는 일 대학에 재학 중인 간호대학생을 대상으로 편의 표집 하였으며, 최종 197명이 연구에 참여하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 28.0 프로그램을 활용하여 통계적으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과 간호대학생의 리더십은 일반적 특성 중에 학년(F=8.18, p<.001), 대학 생활만족도(F=10.16, p<.001), 학점(F=11.37, p<.001)에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였고, 국제보건간호역량은 학년(F=4.36, p=.005)과 학점(F=7.40, p<.001)에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 연구 대상자의 리더십은 국제보건간호역량과 상관관계(r=.65, p<.001)를 보였으며, 간호대학생의 국제보건간호역량에 영향을 미치는 요인은 리더십(β=.67, p<.001)으로 확인되었고, 모형 설명력은 45%였다(F=16.25, p<.001). 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 글로벌 의료환경 안에서 간호대학생이 국제보건간호역량을 갖추어 간호 활동을 할 수 있도록 리더십과 국제보건간호역량을 동시에 향상할 수 있는 실질적인 교육프로그램을 개발할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to understand the relationship between nursing student’s leadership and global health nursing competency, and to identify factors affecting nursing student's global health nursing competency. The subjects of the study were conveniently sampled for nursing students enrolled in a university, and the final 197 people participated in the study. The collected data were statistically analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 28.0 program. The main findings of this study are as follows. Significant differences in leadership were found among nursing students based on grade (F=8.18, p<.001), college life satisfaction (F=10.16, p<.001), and academic credit (F=11.37, p<.001). Global health nursing competency also differed significantly by grade (F=4.36, p=.005) and academic credit (F=7.40, p<.001). Leadership was strongly correlated with global health nursing competency (r=.65, p<.001), and was identified as a significant predictor of global health nursing competency (β =.67, p<.001), explaining 45% of the variance in the model (F=16.25, p<.001). Based on these results, it is necessary to develop practical educational programs that can simultaneously enhance leadership and global health nursing competency, so that nursing students can perform nursing activities with global health capabilities in the global healthcare environment.
