간호학과 신입생의 강점인식, 강점활용, 긍정정서가 그릿에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호학과 신입생의 강점인식, 강점활용, 긍정정서 및 그릿 정도를 파악하고, 그릿에영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. U광역시와 G광역시 소재 2개 대학 간호학과신입생을 대상으로 하였다. SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용해기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, pearson correlation coefficient, multiple regression으로 자료 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 강점인식, 강점활용, 긍정정서, 그릿 간에는 모두 유의한 양의 상관관계가 나타났다. 그릿에 영향을 미치는 요인은 강점활용(β=.230, p<.05), 긍정정서(β=.191, p=.03) 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 모형의 설명력은 약 21.6%였다. 이에 따라 간호대학생의 그릿 증진을 위해 강점 기반의 교육 프로그램과 긍정정서 향상을 위한 비교과 프로그램 개발 및 적용, 그릿 강화를 위한 교육 및 심리 지원이 필요함을 제언한다.

영문 초록

This study is a descriptive survey aimed at identifying the levels of strength recognition, strength utilization, positive affect, and grit among nursing freshmen, and examining the factors influencing grit. The participants were nursing freshmen from two universities located in U metropolitan city and G metropolitan city. Data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0, including descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study revealed significant positive correlations among strength recognition, strength utilization,positive emotion, and grit. Multiple regression analysis indicated that strength utilization (β=.230, p<.05) and positive emotion(β=.191, p=.03) were significant predictors of grit, explaining approximately 21.6% of the total variance. These findings suggest the necessity of developing and implementing strength-based educational programs, extracurricular interventions to foster positive emotions, and tailored educational and psychological support to cultivate grit in nursing students.
