간호대학생의 부모양육태도, 인문학적 소양 및 감성지능이 도덕적 자아개념에 미치는 영향 요인

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 도덕적 자아개념에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 관련 교육프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료로 활용하고자 시도한 서술적 연구이다. 연구대상자는 C도 J대학교에 재학 중인간호대학생을 대상으로, 2025년 4월 8일부터 4월 17일 10일간 총 147부를 회수하여 142부의 자료를SPSS/WIN 22.0 program을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 도덕적 자아개념에 영향을 미치는 가장 큰 요인은 감성지능(β=.367, p<.001)이었으며, 그 다음으로는 거부적 양육(β=-.267 p<.001), 애정적 양육(β =.249, p<.001) 순으로 나타났고 본 회귀모형의 설명력은 43.7%로 나타났다. 따라서 간호대학생의 도덕적자아개념 확립 및 함양을 위해 애정적 자녀 양육의 중요성을 인식시키고 바람직한 부모 역할 수행을 장려하는 교육과 감성지능 향상을 위한 교육프로그램 개발 및 다양한 교수학습 전략을 적용하기 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

This descriptive study investigated the factors influencing the Moral Self-Concept of nursing students to provide foundational data for the development of targeted educational programs. Participants were nursing students enrolled at J University in C Province. Data were collected from 147 students between April 8 and April 17, 2025, and 142 valid responses were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 22.0. Multiple regression analysis revealed that Emotional Intelligence was the strongest predictor of Moral Self-Concept (β = .367, p < .001), followed by Rejection Parenting Attitude (β = -.267, p < .001) and Emotional Warmth Parenting Attitude (β = .249, p < .001). The model accounted for 43.7% of the variance in Moral Self-Concept. These findings underscore the importance of enhancing emotional intelligence and promoting awareness of affectionate parenting in the development of nursing students’ moral identity. The results may serve as a foundation for designing educational programs and implementing instructional strategies to foster moral growth in nursing education.
