간호대학생의 간호전문직 자아개념, 임상실습 교육환경, 임상실습 시 경험한 무례함이 진로정체감에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 간호전문직 자아개념, 임상실습 교육환경, 임상실습 시 경험한 무례함, 진로정체감 정도를 파악하고, 진로정체감에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. G 광역시 소재 2개 대학 간호학과 3, 4학년을 대상자로 선정했다. SPSS 27.0 프로그램으로 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, multiple regression으로 자료를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 간호전문직 자아개념 및 임상실습 교육환경은 진로정체감과 양의 상관관계가 있었고, 임상실습 시 경험한 무례함은 진로정체감과 음의 상관관계가 있었다. 진로정체감에 영향을 미치는 요인은 간호전문직 자아개념, 임상실습 교육환경, 무례함, 전공만족도, 임상실습만족도였으며 설명력은 31.7%였다. 따라서 간호대학생의 진로정체감 향상을 위해 간호전문직 자아개념 강화와 질 높은 실습 환경 조성, 무례함 예방 및 심리적 지지프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

영문 초록

This study is a descriptive survey aimed at identifying the levels of nursing professional self-concept, clinical practicum learning environment, experiences of incivility during clinical practicum, and career identity among nursing students, as well as examining factors influencing career identity. The participants were junior and senior nursing students from two universities located in G metropolitan cities. Data were analyzed using SPSS 27.0 program with descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis. The results indicated that nursing professional self-concept and the clinical practicum learning environment were positively correlated with career identity, whereas experiences of incivility during clinical practicum were negatively correlated with career identity. Factors influencing career identity included nursing professional self-concept, clinical practicum learning environment, incivility, major satisfaction, and practicum satisfaction, with an explanatory power of 31.7%. Therefore, to enhance nursing students’ career identity, it is necessary to strengthen nursing professional self-concept, create a high-quality practicum environment, prevent incivility, and develop psychological support programs.
